Best way to recooperate

| If i do decide to go the route of eating a few disco biscuit whats the best way to bounce back the next day, cuz it sux?!?!? |

Alcahol -- Gatorade or similar to fight the de-hydration.
Sleep -- Power Nap (2 hrs) during the day
All other -- God help you :crazy: |

| Make sure you take preload with 5-HTP supplements, and afterwards take them along with multivitamins and keep yourself hydrated. I feel worse waking up with a hangover than I do after taking pills. It's all about preparation! |

Ultimate Fix:
Before bed:
100 mg 5-HTP
500-1000 mg Vitamin C
200 mg Sam-e
100 mg Diphenhydramine (benadryl)
2-3 Canadian Tylenol
Lots of Water
Smoke if you do
When you wake up:
100 mg 5-HTP
1 Good Multivitamin
Analgesics as required
Drink Bloody Mary (Extra Spicey)
Try to eat
If you are really nasty take 25 mg DHEA (it kinda acts like a corticosteroid)
Done right, you too can survive the Winter Music Conference !!! |

That's what I do and it works real well, plus a good drink and the little bit of rest but not to much or your out for the count. |
