thank you for people who know the names of tracks...that song WAS awesome. Yea, my ears still ring a bit too, but sound that makes your clothing vibrate will do that to you :crazy:
I'm gonna agree that AvB's transition from Perry was a slowdown, but eh, you've gotta be able to give your own set character, right? Close out the first guy's stuff, then work back up to your own.
Most of the night I was pinned behind some people at the ground-level stage, anyway, except for my last 30 minutes when I went up to the booth. |

Did anyone else think armin's set was very non progressive throughout the night?? i dunno, it seemed like it never went from one thing to another... i left early though, at like 4 30, so maybe it got better
spirit imo is the best in nyc... however some of the crowd had really bad club etiquette, especially catty bitch girls, FORCING their way through people, seriously its like what do you honestly think is gonna happen when you just push tons of congested people?? friggin retards
lol and last nite was like a little mini-slice of the guvernment, anyone who has been there knows EXACTLY what i mean!! |

nah armins set did progress, just not in a good way
he was boring at the start, the picked things up a lil
then played alot of techno and few harder trance songs
then slowed it down, then picked it up
it wassent the best ive heard him |

I had a really good time from what i was there for.
went up to the second floor, and grabbed an empty table behind the visual controls and stayed there talking to perry a bit inbetween mixing. but as soon as Wave Force came on, my freinds and i went down to dance :D.
Noticed Armin standing up there behind Perry, ran back up, shook armin's hand, gave him my friend's promo cd, chatted for a bit.
Stayed for a few Armin choons, but had to leave because the driver was tired and wanted to go back to our hotel...:whip: x100
that's weird tho because she LOVES armin and it's really not like her to leave him in the first few choons of his set.
ah well, i'll catch him @ wmc.

Perry played a great opening set, and armin followed up with the usual good stuff, a lot of ASOT tracks. I thought his set in december was better. Dropping communication at the end was awesome. I thought he should of been on the stage like in december rather that in the booth because all the lights and lasers are behind the stage, it was a bad set up imo. Me and my bro got to take a pic with him upstairs, of course mine didnt come out because of my ing flash:whip:
