This is terrible. Awful. Why cant we all get along?
I read the article, those are some really twisted and chilling comments the teacher wrote.
THIS IS CANADA - why does something like that here in Canada??? The teacher should be put in jail ...
Why do so many Muslims hate Jews? Or even better, why do so many people around the world hate and have hated Jews for thousands of years? Of course I know the answers, but things shouldn't be like this.

I'm interested in knowing some TA opinions on this issue of Muslims vs. Jews
The way I see things lately...just as there are muslim's that hate...there are also jews that hate and do harm.
The only difference is that the jews have the privilege of calling it antisemetic, while the rest of the gentiles have no name for the hate or racism they have endured.
Furthermore, there are very few gentile lawyers and judges readily available to protect the rights of gentiles....and this strikes me as very inequitable.
So for me, I see both Muslim's and Jew's at war with each other, and all that this is about, is over land and a refusal to coexist with differing religious beliefs.
Funny how in law, if a neighbour builds a fence encrouching on your land and you don't say anything about it for years, it becomes the property of the neighbour. But this same rational doesn't apply to this Palestine vs. Israel land issue.
Each one blaming the other and saying that the other hates them more and without cause....it just strikes me as rediculous and petty.
The irony I see about this whole thing is that Jesus was a Jew and he was condemned by Jews. Why would anyone think that hate only stems from muslims....and that Jews are incapable of hate too? :conf: |

Well it's not so simple really...basically Israel - being a Jewish state sits right in the middle of all the Arabic ones...who don't want it there...it's not really a Jews vs Muslims...it's more like Israelis vs Arabs...just so it happens most Israelis are Jews and most Arabs are muslims...SO the two get intertwined...on the other hand if Israel was a Christian country then it would have been Muslims vs. Christians type of thing
It's really mostly because of the land of that area, not religion. Unfortunately in that area of the world religion plays a huge role (which i don't like personally...i hate all religious crazies) so the two play a role...but really it's all about the land. |

Well I have to commend you on being neutral on this issue. It's nice to read that you are also against all the religious crazies, as I am.
From my understanding the Land and religion are now mixed by a lot of spilled blood.
Today the muslims do not want to loose their temple mount, yet the Wailing Wall is a part of the wall surrounding the Muslim Mosques
on Temple Mount.
The religious sect of Israel wants to reclaim the temple mount so that they can tear down the Muslim Mosque and rebuild their temple because that is where the arc of the covenant was originally kept (essentially they want to fulfill their prophecy). On the political side, the Israels also want to banish the muslim's that have lived there.
Now I'm not sideing for the Muslim's, they have their own Extremists faults to.
And this is why I said that it is over land and a refusal to coexist with different religious beliefs.
I'd like to add one more thing to my earlier post...that I wish gentiles had a word like antisemetic.
That I know of Jews are the only white people that can claim racism...I suppose that was the purpose for the word antisemite. |
