my god it was a zoo in there. im sure pvd and edgar destroyed it. (well edgar im sure of. pvd at space..... depends)
if it wasnt for the crazy crowds i would have gone to space at least once .
glad u guys had fun....
pvd rocked it at ultra too :) |

How can u say pvd was Boring were you in the right club that night?????????????????????????????? and ferry Corsten Blew u away???? PVD played one of the hardest sets ive heard and dropped 2 new tracks of his The Other side and Whitewater-The Unknown...Plus i talked to NUNRG because they were at Space that night apprently he dropped some new Mixes they have..so again i dont know where u were |

also gerry cueto's `messages` got great reactions; hands in the air at all times. |

i know it sounds like PVD's style, but im pretty sure it was edgar. For 1) i remember edgar playing like 2 more songs after that. and 2) PVD came on like at 1:15ish and on my camera it says i took the video at exactly 12:54...so it had to be Edgar

i got there a little after 10pm and met up with doug, maribel, and some of doug's friends.
we got in pretty quick and ran to the boxes which we OWNED!! the whole night :D by that time edgar was already playing...awsome set by Edgar, he is the perfect guy to open for PVD, he started off with some chilling tunes...then towards the end rocked it!! had the music going nicely for PVD to come in and totally destroy everyone :eyes: outta hand set by mister PVD!! nothing but ENERGY throughout his whole set.
Overall an awsome night...unfortunatly, i left like 30 mins. after Ferry started...he kept the vibe going pretty nicely, but i was just too tierd and had to get some rest b4 ultra.
and about that edgar track that he played 3 songs b4 PVD came on :eyespop: WTF!!! bro that track was outta hand!! when that track
came on me and doug looked at each other and were just going crazy. All i remember him saying is "damn u gotta be kidding me with that song!!" haha. definately the track of the night for me...i will post pictures and a clip of the track later so hopefully some one can ID...hopefully edgar will ID it ;) |

BEST NIGHT OF THE CONFERENCE BY FAR!
i wasnt gonna go about an hour before the show, basically had my ticket sold and everything, but then i was convienced to go and i'm soooo glad i did!
sucked getting in. got there at 12:30, got in at 2. got into the main room around 3, and finally got on the terrace around 4. such a pain in the ass but i had room to dance all night so in retrospect i didnt mind the wait at all!
saw pvd for two hours, he was banging it hard and i LOOOOOVE that. i finally remembered why i used to love him so much. cuz last year at the conference he wasnt really all that. different story this year. :)
but i was there to see sander!!!!!! and OMFG did he deliever or what????!!!! i swear, i have never EVER danced so much as i did last night (and i was totally sober :p). sander just didnt let me stop. EVERY SINGLE TRACK, one right after another, sander had me addicted! best damn set i've ever heard in my entire life. i now finally understand why sander rules the terrace. ended up leaving around 9 after he dropped 'this is not miami', such a sick sick sick track. saw about 20-30 mins of ferry, then went home.
i had never been on the terrace before, and holy , it kicks ass!! i am a terrace virgin no more. :D
this was my third straight year at space the night before ultra and this year was no doubt the most fun i've ever had there. |

| Anyone know if any stations or ANYONE recorded this show on video, or even audio? Or even took lots of pics? This was by far one of the best times I've had in a long, long time and I don't even have anything to remember it by. Eventually the details will just all fade away :( I live in NC and there's nothing even close to the Space experience where I live... Edgar V impressed me once again (saw him @ space w/ PvD before thanksgiving in '04) as a really solid DJ that knows how to get people to dance in Space. PvD/Ferry/Sander K were just absolutely amazing. I really couldn't have asked for much more. |

I have to add my 2 cents.
PVD threw down the best set ever! There's not much else to say about that.
So, my brother Jeff, Hope, Alisa and I are listening to Ferry for awhile and decide to go to the terrace to see Sander. I didn't even realize it was broad daylight! The terrace was packed and rockin' the F out. We got up there right as he played Mr. Roboto. SHHHHHHHHIIIIITTTTT!!!!! Probably the most fun 1.5 hrs I've ever had at a clud. Everyone was wearing sunglasses, sweating balls and throwing water around! I died when they blew the co2 guns in the daylight outside. I've never been to the terrace and didn't know Space had those out there too. Also my first experience with Sander. I'm a new fan. Thanks James.
This was my best night of the week!
One last thing.... Space and their bouncers and what they did to Hope. |

| does anyone know the name of a track paul played? it had female vocals...was very trancey...and apparently was played at nye in nyc this year. it had the words "wandering" or "wondering"?? it was so hot! |
