I find it nuts how we now find 99 cents to be "cheap" for gasoline. I remember when I used to think 70 cents was too much!

I KNOW! I laugh at our conditioning on this matter too! :( :mad: :whip:

I recall back in Grade 12 or OAC discussing the raising gasoline issue in my Commerce class...

I cant recall how high is was back then, but for damn sure it wasnt 90-something!

And even back then, whatever it had jumped up to was causing widespread concern... I recall reading and discussing articles stating the hardships it was bringing to truckers, and how it was affecting certain smaller TO restaurants w/ teh increased product shipping costs.

regular was 86.9 when i filled up last... well i dont take regular, but I rarely look at the premium price. i just know its like 6-7 cents more ;)

your wasting money putting htat 94 octane in their RJ ;) :p

Speaking of jacked up prices, has anyone else noticed that constant and relatively quickly escating prices of slurpee's at 7/11?

My goodness, when i was a kid you could get them for 39 cents i think.

Now the smallest one is over a dollar, and the cup sizes have gotten smaller too!
