Music tonight was SICK!!!!
Danny owned my ass tonight. So many tunes that I have never heard and the ones I have the mixes were sooo sweet!
The vibe in the place tonight was great - in between smokes in the alleyway - and busting it out on the floor - the comments were the same - "every track is groovin" - "he's throwing it down"..... A few shots of tequila and 4 red bulls later - my concept of time escapes me as track after track is relentessly guiding my feet in syncopation to the beat.....
Leaving at 5:45 - a serious smile on my face for an awesome night had.
Thank for the cd Andrew - you played great. Cafe Del Mar was a treat to hear - thank you!!!

What a wickid way to start the weekend off - Stephan at Boa tonight will be on point - can't wait to hear him on that soundsystem.
Thanks everyone for coming out - a lot of faces that I haven't seen out for while - you all helped make the night!!!!

Yep - stalker's groove - mimosa - atomphunk's - boogie down and countless other dubbed out tech house funk music stylee tracks .......
Again the music was superb - best set at System since Misstress Barbara IMO - in terms of what I expected and what I was blown away to hear!
The full gamet of current house and it's various incarnations was played tonight.
Thanks Danny - boy!! It had been too long...

Just got home, its 9:07am. The night was just awesome! VickyVale (ang) came out and she hasnt been out in awhile, so it was awesome partying with her. Steve (shiftergears), kelly (dancetodabeat), ang (vickyvale), and me all drove down together.
The wait outside in the line took pretty freakin long, and it was raining, so the longer we waited the wetter we got, and the colder. Anyway, we got in, and the front room was already bumpin. We grabbed some drinks and went to check out the main room. Danny was thowing down some soft stuff, easy going, just getting people in the mood. We saw some TAs here and there, seemed everyone was all over the place, usually its everyone together. Danny started to thow down some harder tracks and the night was getting started.
So I leave the main room for abit to check out andrews (nuera <--- sorry man, dont know the exact spelling of your dj name) sets he was thowing down. So conosur was there, and dEsidEL (pretty sure that was you) are all dancing it up with everyone. I'm dancing, then I look in the corner and see a guy totally naked, so I do a quick double take, not believing this is true lol! I thought "I" was facked or something! nope! This guy was super high on something, and had NO idea where he was. He took off all his clothes, gets naked, then sat on the chair for abit like it was a toliet. By this time the bouncer came over and was massive radioing for backup bouncers. The guy was just standing there stairing into space, putting on his clothes again. Finally another couple bouncers come, and they try to snap the guy out of it. Try to tell him where he is and stuff, he was just so out of it! I've NEVER seen something like that at all! Just dancing it up, then BOOM, naked guy in the corner, trying to use the chair like its the bathroom. That was the weirdest part of the night. Then I go to dEsidEl "did you see that??! :eyespop:" then he says "AHH! dont remind me man, i'm scarred for life now!".
After that, I left and went back in the main room. It was pretty packed, but everyone was going crazy to the beats! I dont know how many people kept telling me "this guys amazing man!" "these are sick beats!!!" which was all true. It was my first time seeing him, and its pretty interactive with the crowd! lovin it! He was thowing down a pretty hard set! I looooooove that! Ubertrancer, going to miss you man haha, come back for LOL and we will go nuts. I met alot of new TAs, again I suck with the names, better with faces, so I wont say, but everyone was super nice!
Overall the night was fackin wicked! So glad alot of people made it out, because it made the night just that much better. Pure jokers, lots of laughs, lots of dancing, lots of fun. Steve, thanks alot for driving, for the beer, and for the coffee on the ride home haha! Ang, it was friggin wicked partying with you. 3 times out together now, feels like 300 lol! kelly, thanks for introducing me to alot of new people! U were holdin it down on the floor as usual!

I can't believe I survived last night :eyespop:
I almost didn't make it...had a fever....so I took some cough syrup (even though I didn't have a cough) and some pills. These got me through the night...I'm alive...I'm actually alive :happy2:
Arrived in time to hear dj Science dropping some sick beats...but when he got to classic Digweed. OMG....those tracks owned me. You had the coat check line owned too (which tracks?....well I'm not saying cuz your asses shoudda been there :p )
girlovintvibe, as always your beautiful voice and positive vibe kept the crowds spirit up. Love ya babes.
Next up was Carlos....OMG...he played some tunes I completely forgot about and I could just kick my own ass for that. The guy had us going nutz :crazy: every track he dropped just kept gettin better and better...I was absofackinglutely hypnotized...I was dancing away having an awesome time and then I see all the girls freaking out. This wierdo asian guy on who knows what decides to get completely naked. WTF could you possible be on to make you take everything off...even the socks :crazy: so this guy completely blocks my view and I'm like what? What :conf: !!!! It's just a naked guy. Not as if we've never seen one before. You guys have got to go clubbin in New York City...guaranteed the naked guy doesn't stand a chance next to what you see in the clubs in NYC hehehehe.... so I gotta ask....why didn't ne1 take pics???? It's moments like these that need to be remembered ha ha ha ha :stongue: ....so we finally get back to more Carlos. Loving it, just lovin it and then
NewEra or is it nuera (I dunno know how to spell) gets on deck....hahahaha when he starts playing Tiesto's Urban Train we all go nutz amd then I have to do a double take cuz he's smiling and jumping up and down like Tiesto (almost looking like him too)and then he's dropping track after track of some of my favourites...the hours are just flying by so I decide to check out the main room hoping it isn't as crowded as when I attempted earlier.
Danny was sick....the crowd was sick...the vibe was unbelievable...ppl were just having a good time...soooo many smiling faces...this is how it's supposed to be done. I attempt to walk around (enjoying the beats), not even 15min go by and then some guy feels up my ass :wtf: ok....so I returned to the front where there is room to dance and walk around. My legs at this point had already told me to give it up...but my mind said I could still keep going
Front room was still playing some faster beats than the main room, so I didn't miss Danny for too long...Just continued to have a great nite until my ride had to go...5am (the earliest I've ever left).
Fantastic Nite Guys....no excuses...u shoudda been there!
Thanks to all the TA's last night (thnx at the entrance muzzybear)...I had a great time. I won't type all the name..Too many to remember....and don't wanna miss anyone.
ok...so I've only had 2 hrs of sleep so far...gotta get some more....later everyone Zzzzzz :tongue2 |

I just got into Systems when this happened! I was meeting everyone in the front room, and BOOM, i see that! Yes...i am scarred for life!! :nervous: :nervous:
All in all, excellent beats (for the hour and a half i was there). The vibe was great too, but was way too tired, so i had to leave.
