I can't believe someone stole the money...definately not cool :whip:
Started of the night great with Kevin tearing it up upstairs...too bad the system wasn't working completely, but great tunes none the less...loved hearing you drop Club Game...great Track!
Ray what can I say....you and Raiban were awesome! Great set....definately didn't disappoint. Can't wait to see you mixing it up on Friday @ System in the MAIN ROOM!!!
Great seeing everyone out again...thank you everyone for congratulating me on the move to TO and the new job...and thanks to everyone for helping me with all of this....especially Ray and Marg for letting me stay in your home for the next few weeks....I don't know how I will ever repay you guys for your kindness
Cale, Jamie, Lars, Kate, Jay...always a great time with you guys dancing it up :)
Rich, nice to see you back in town again...definately have to hit up some more parties :)

I was sick... made the best of it. enjoyed what raiban was playing downstairs.
made my exit arounf 1:45... too beat from this bug I've been fighting.
I wouldn't stress to much about the money that was taken... It's sucks but karma has a way of getting back at people like that. ;)

sounds like you might be directing that comment at me seeing as some dude that was playing binary finary before I went on started accusing me of kicking it. like it really ing matters. I was a crappy little room with no one in it anyway... and did you notice that as soon as the music stopped people came into the room... and then as soon as it started again.. they all left again! :p But ya... apperently I ruined the night for being there when it happened... I'm sure it had nothing to do with Mad Bar and their faulty equipment :p
aoh by the way the music even stopped later in the night as well... when no one was even near the amps... but ya... someone must have kicked it... cause ty equipment would never conk out on you :rolleyes: |

I had a GREAT time! It's been a while since I last partied and it was AWESOME seeing everyone again. :)

Sally & Michael- your thoughts & efforts are gold. Another party planned to showcase your talented friends abilities, and for a good cause. It's too bad a bad apple had to ruin that. I'd like to think that it WASN'T someone from the msg boards that would do that, considering that we made up the majority of attendants, but I guess there's always those stragglers that walk in off the street. (at least thats what I'd LIKE to believe, anyways).
Sorry I arrived late (just in time for Mossey's set), but better late than never. Mossey- u killed it! Remind me the details for that track again, "I Am" (?). Surprise tune of the night: "Eye of the Tiger", original version, dropped by Ian Guthrie. WTF!?! Not complaining since Survivor was my all time favorite band. Raiban- sorry I missed your set, but I hear u killed it, flawlessly. Next time... Continued the party at the Guv after all the lengthy goodbyes. Thanks for coming along, Rochelle.
Really great to see so many old faces, some back from out of town. Matt (che) & Silke (discokandi) were highlights.
And Marge, gotta disagree about the hair- Silke has THE SILKIEST hair I've ever touched!!! I didn't wanna come off sounding like a freak, but man.... |

Sorry I couldn't make it lastnight. I had a late dinner (11pm) and didn't eat much ... my sickness was kicking in. Later on I had to go to Tall Paul. I wasn't feeling any better and the sickness kick in harder. I left the GUV a bit earlier then normal and went straight to home.
I'm even more sorry to hear some money got stolen:( Whoever stole it should return it. This money was going towards families that needed! If this person ever gets caught, they should be punched and slapped 800x for this theft.

obviously...someone knew exactly where they were keeping/hiding the money...but i say whoever stole it, if ur reading this thread, just return the money, its much better to return it than keep it knowing that u stole from charity |

| As most of u know, they were taking money from the coat check room. What I heard was at some point, Michael was counting it on the table under the window, had to turn around to grab a coat, and in that time, someone reached over & grabbed it. |
