Rammstein was BY FAR the greatest. They destroyed the show with their unbeleivable pyro.

^^^ Those Rammstein pictures !!! INSANE ! Looks like a blast. It reminds of a group called Mindless Self Indulgence. The lead vocalist, Jimmy Urine, pisses alot on stage and has willing fans in the crowd drink it. I missed them recently too :(

My fave concert has DEFINATELY been Stone Temple Pilots. Gawd ! Scott Weiland is fine. :eyes: On stage he is perfection. I love it when the whole crowd is packed so tight that you can't even lift your arms and just sway as one to the music like one body. There wasn't even enough room for those gay moshers, which is always a plus. My friends and I were so messed up, everyone was passing joints, beer, etc. It was Halloween night, outside, crazy costumes, hands down a notable experience.
The crasiest I've been to was Marilyn Manson, not because I'm a fan but because I was dragged along and had my ticket paid for. I would get to see all the freaks and be entertained for free. Anyways, after only 3 songs, a riot breaks out because the fans break a fence toward where Manson is playing. Cops are jumping onstage spraying pepper spray at all of us, I was in the front and a boy friend comes picks me up and runs towards to the gate. The whole crowd was running at once. People were beating each other, falling, crying, getting trampled on. Guys were throwing rocks at the cops and breaking their car windows, trying to tip cars over, etc. Anyways, it was all over the news as one of the biggest riots here where I reside. There was talk of him coming back and doing another concert, but he did never did, sell out.
I guess I've been to more raves than concerts minus the hundreds of local bands. Others: Rockfest: Chris Cornell, what is his new bands name? I despise them. Soundgarden was so much better. Chevelle, Donnas, Le Bouche, Branch, Sister Hazel, Ozzfest, The Used, Chemical Romance, Warped Tour, Sheryl Crow for free etc. That's all I can remember now. But its funny cos I've told myself not long ago that I need to start going to concerts once a month. One that was here recently that would have marked history: David Bowie !!!

been a die hard fan of rhcp since like 2nd grade too, and they did a bunch of their old hits
crowd surfed near the end of give it away after me and a friend caused some major chaor during the first half of the song :disbelief

show itself was good once they got on
they were over an hour late going on stage though, word is they were short a mic
not to mention i was going to meet some people there who never showed, so i was there by myself waiting for like an hour
tired as too
and yeah...tool+meshuggah was SICK
i was tired as hell and offered a half price ticket with a friend the day of cause his gf couldn't go
i remember being in a state of like overexhausted delerium when they played triad
and triad's already a long song, but the lead guy from meshugah came out and had i think 4 toms set up center stage
and he solo'd on those 4 toms for seriously 7 or 8 minutes

same w/ marilyn manson...u know i read the first few chapters of his book and i didn't finish it. he's a ing waste of space in society and belongs in a straight jacket. i don't care how abused he was or how many times he watched his grandpa screw himself with a dildo...get some counseling instead of becoming this satanic freak feeding on lost angry young and impressionable teenagers.
if i ever pass by him on the street i swear i would love to just make fun of him so bad...i'd be like,
"oh look it's marylin manson! EVERYONE LOOK AT THIS GUY HE IS SO DIFFERENT AND COOL AND FREAKISH OH MY GOD, LET'S ALL STOP AND PAY ATTENTION TO HIM CUZ HIS MOMMY AND DADDY DIDNT GIVE HIM ENOUGH WHEN HE WAS LITTLE" |
