What should I Do?..... with my steak tips.

| Alright... so i have a nice amount of steak tips and right now im in school and i want to marinate them, BUT im completely comfused about what i should marinate them in.... ANY IDEAS!???:wtf: |

not sure i have about 2 pounds of sirloin tips and i figured i would cook them in to something steamy. |

I'd, maybe along with some other form of meat (lamb maybe?), make them into skewer kebab type things.
I'd recon garlic, rosemary and white wine (red would work too probebly but would colour the meat more, would be alot stronger flavour very possibly too strong) would be good garlic and wine make good sauces.
Cook the skewers, then add the marinade to de-glaze the pan and cook off (or most of) the alchol, reduce to the thickness you want. |

hmmm that does sound pretty good... i might just try an array of things but that idea soudns very good... |
