Try This,
Teriyaki Sauce, lemon or lime juice, Garlic, dry mustard, thyme, oregano, white wine, onions, soy sauce, salt and pepper.. Don’t need to measure, just put in how much you think is enough!!
Let it marinate for ahh about 4-6 hours, then take out of fridge and let the meat get to room temp and then throw it all on the BBG and cook to a nice medium rare-medium and you'll be in for a treat!!

don't marinate...use a dry rub.a good quality cut is ruined by marinating.The general rule with meat=more expensive cuts=no marinating and short cooking times...cheaper marinating and longer cooking times. Good quality meat needs very little to augment it and you should really concentrate on finding something to accompany it properly. A good tip is to always let your steak "settle" or sit 5 mins at room temp before cutting...never puncture a steak on the grill! you want to keep those juices in.
