TA anthem?

this has been done before, in 2003 to be precise.. but unfortunately there was a lack of interest back then, so the whole thing was called off.
however, a lot of new producers have emerged since then, so i was wondering if we should give it another try..
who would be interested in producing an official TrancEaddict anthem?
thoughts/ideas?
last time it was a competition.. first stage: writing a melody, second stage: producing a track with the melody that Swamper liked most. |

i started producing an anthem a few months ago, but never really finished it, altough i still have some ideas for an anthem,
i'm definitely interested to help making it, if anyone cares :)

But what is exactly the idea, a competition or a collaboration of all producers to make a single Anthem track? |

I suppose getting Swamper to say "yes i will pick a melody this time" would be your first objective.
Last time things got cancelled because Swamper lost the intrest or something like that. |

Well I don't think he liked any of the melodies last time.
Maybe if we wrote better melodies? :D |

he did like some of them, but there wasn't really any melody that stood out from the rest. + not that many ppl submitted one, so there weren't many melodies to choose from.
@ PDM: last time around, it was a competition, yeah (see first post). it looked like the most logical way to go.. if you have a better idea, let's hear it.. that was kind of the point of this thread, hehe :) |
