I got there a little late and missed Gamma  but Marg and I finally had a nice chat :toothless
Met up with my gf's Girllovingtvibe and Muzzybear...girlz u both looked HOT last night. Pen...thanks for the Dino hookup..the guy is wickedly talented. Muzzy...you and I are definately going to party on your days off....sean u'd better be ready hehehe

As for Mr. KENNETH THOMAS....what a super kewl guy...I was soo sorry to have missed the pre-meet, I know it would have been amazing...and I have only me to blame for missing it. My only issue is that the CD we(Comandrstraker and I) got turned out to be a dud :sadgreen: but atleast we got to hear some of the tracks when we took Cuzo's and played it for a while....OMG :eyes: ....I need this CD...someone please help me!!!!!!
Now as to the TA's last night....Your All Amazingly cool and beautiful people and I don't want to disrespect or miss any of your names...so I'm just gonna say. THANK YOU!!!! Thank you for being such an incredibly intelligent, articulate, fun and talented people. Whenever I'm around you guyx....I feel like I'm home. so...THANK YOU FOR BEING A FRIEND :gsmile:
Chris aka amb We tried to pass that buck onto some place else but it didn't go... so we gave it to someone who truly deserved it. So it's all good...really. I hope you and enrapture enjoyed the night. I know a few others that really enjoyed it too.

Whew!
It's been a LOOOOOOONG time since I've closed the club, and I have to say, I'm glad I did! I'm sore as hell today, and it's worth EVERY ache!
What a night!
Well done to everyone involved in the organization of this event, John, Em, I don't know if we appreciate you guys the way we should! You bring us the beats!
Kenneth, it was a blast hanging out with you before the show, really interesting to get a little glimpse at the industry from the inside!
I finally got to meet some of the post-happy lunatics that have been haunting this forum lately!!! Fahad, Sean... nice to meet you guys, I'd be proud to dance beside you guys anytime! "...dance my PAKI ass off"!!!?!? Dude, that's hilarious, and yes! You did! :D
Chris (amb) and Margs, great work with the pre-meet... and also an honourable mention to those Texas Fries, which no doubt made things a little uncomfortable for those around me... :)
What can I say about the music? Fantastic, as expected. Our boys delivered, as usual. You know, TAs, we really are spoiled to have this kind of talent just hanging around here!!!! Most of these guys should be on TOUR for God's sake...
I am especailly proud of my man Max Q!!! Spinning in the main room for the first time... RIDICULOUSLY nervous before hand, you should have seen him, but of course, for no reason! You've come a long way brother, I'm proud of you.
Science, very solid as usual! I'm surprised that you and Max chose the format that you did, seeing as you both spin pretty different stuff usually, but you guys pulled it off! Great way to close the night!

Kenneth was a professional, I really enjoyed the remixes... one in particualr, I can never remember the name of the actual song.. something about a "boyfriend who looked like a girlfriend..." pretty awesome stuff!!

wasn't a proper set - u should hear what happens when I spin for long long long very LONG hours :D was great seeing u Princess and Gamma - I luv how enthusiastic TOTA is - keep up the good work guys & gals ! |

What a GREAT night out! Yet again, Emery and John pull a successful night off in the main room. Thanks guys!!!
Everyone was solid that night! Gamma - Great opening set; Ray, you're a natural up there. Deep Groove then came on and kicked it up a notch in good fasion! Great Job Alex and Ariel (as usual). Then DJ Mute -- all i can say is WOW!! He rippped up the place and he delivered NON-STOP energy. The whole crowd was jumpin. Too good, Dan! It was great to meet Kenneth Thomas too. He laid it down beautifully (and set me and DJ Science up perfectly I might add). Can't wait to see you spin again. I'm sorry I missed most of what was happening in the front room -- i Did catch some of Ortemy's set though! Great job dude; nice track selection! (and Rich's little cameo appearance during your set was a nice little touch too, hehehe)
Thanks to everyone who stayed for our late set as well -- there was a fairly nice little size crowd left in the wee hours of the morning :)
Shouts to everyone I met/saw again like Mark T, B4k_oz, TrickDaddE, and shoot -- there's quite a bit more but I cannot think of names and stuff right now.
Big special thanks goes out to James (Enraptured), Greg (gq_styles): who drove all the way from Brantford from his gig just to make it here!, Seth, Liza, Brynne, Drew and friends from Calgary (I always forget their names! Ack!) |
