There was this girl with white shoes who was REALLY moving her feet with some crazy steps to the beat...and this other girl with one green and one blue glostick and was really looking great dancing with them... |
i started busting a move with those 2 girls in the front room, then i went to the main room and less that 10 minutes later there were right next to me :).
girl with glowsicks asked for my glasses and gave me her hat in return. i decided to wear hats from now on lol.
first girl was just sick, nice moves and was really relaxed, no pretending, no nothing, just "lets bust a move". i love people like that |

Margs: Mike, just so you know, RJ said that there will be no fun having tonight. So just make sure to look serious like me when he comes around.
Schryer: Really?!?! You don't say.
Fuad: Serious face like this? This is the best I can do under these circumstances. |
Omg... Margs, this is hilarious... three extreme expressions in one picture... too funny! Great night! |

Wow, what can I say?
First and foremost, a big thanks to Interference. Not just for the chance to play on friday but for all of the work over the past two years. We, the DJs you guys have helped so much and the board owe you a huge debt of thanks.
Second, a big thank you to the entire TOTA board for their continued support. I've been coming out to the parties since last summer and somewhat during that first year, but I have never seen such a supportive group as you guys.
It was great to see everyone on friday. I miss you guys alot since I've moved to waterloo! Aaron, I'm sorry I didn;t get to your track :(. Next time I promise.

Don't worry about it Steve, I kind of expected that those wouldn't fit in too well with the redeye set. That's why I'd been hoping you had listened to the newer track. :p
Anyway, great sets from all, much respect especially to Max and Science for pulling off that vs. set with such completely different styles - and for giving it everything they had even though the place was starting to empty out. You guys rock, I just wish you'd been given an earlier timeslot.
Sorry if I was being an antisocial pile of bricks in the post-midnight hours, I was feeling uber sick. I've been pulling off entirely too many late nights and I think the sleep debt is starting to kick in. If I didn't make it clear on Friday, it really was great to see everyone again, including some faces I hadn't seen in a LONG time, like Fran (avikonen) and Chris (amb_ - remind me that I owe you a beer next time I see you!).
Great work, 1P - looking forward to your next event. |

Ahh, now that it's sunday, I finally have some time to reflect on this hectic weekend.
The night at System went absoltely great. The vibe was off the hook! It's so great to party with all of you. It truly felt like the first ever Interference party some 2 years earlier, and it's a great feeling to have been a part of it! Much respect to everyone that came out to support the night. Thank you!
Many thanks to John & Emery for organizing all these events, can't say enough about you guys. It'll be great watching Interference grow in the next 2 years!
Everyone played such amazing sets, and it just goes to show the talent on this board. Special props go to Kenneth Thomas for representing Detroit and showing us how they party it up there.
The video footage and interviews taken for BKTV will all be edited shortly, so watch out for that.
Thank you all!

Wow, what a night.
John and Emery, you guys did an amazing job. You truly did have all the bases covered in terms of styles, I found it very difficult to be everywhere at once to make sure I didn't miss anyone playing. Apologies to those DJs who I might've missed out on. Best of luck in your 3rd year of bringing us stellar events.
The pre-meet was a great way to start off the night. Thanks to all those who joined us, Kenneth Thomas anjoyed it thoroughly. It's always nice to have the chance to sit down with people outside of the club and actually be able to hold a meaningful conversation. :)
Congratulations to all the DJs that played the IP 2 year. I haven't been able to get out as much as I would have liked to over the past few months and you made my night that much more special. Kenneth, it's been a while since I've heard a proper trance track (Whiteroom - Someday (Instrumental)) in the main room at System, that was awesome. Everyone ate it up. You'll have to play Varekai next weekend when I'm in Detroit. ;)
We really need to get you up here regularly... it's not a long trip and I think after tonight, you have that many more fans.

came in for KT who *rocked*...awesome set..."hard edgy progressive house" with some good trance too...glad he gave us both KT seemed to be enjoying himself too...yay for DJs who don't bury their heads in the decks. A semi-regular thing should be setup at System for him. |

I went back to the main room to get ready for Kenneth Thomas. This man impressed me just as much as Dennis Hahn. I'm SO PROUD to be in the same online community as these two. Kenneth, SO MUCH energy and SUCH an awesome tracklist. Loved every song you played. I almost charged the DJ booth when this song came on and I asked the bouncer to ask Kenneth what song it was. I'm so disrespectful; KT was in the MIDDLE of his set...and STILL gives the bouncer the name. |

It was great to meet Kenneth Thomas too. He laid it down beautifully (and set me and DJ Science up perfectly I might add). Can't wait to see you spin again. |

Thanks again to IP and Rampant for putting together such a great pool of talent that really made the night. Kudos! |
