kisses to sveta for the list. no problems at all.
serge devant was awesome and sexy as all hell [edit: why would i even say this? lol :p still drunk when posting review, apparently! to clarify, when i say awesome, i mean that i really enjoyed his set and it was more my style. i was impressed]
i was drunk by the time tiesto came on the decks but i remember southern sun and jumping around a lot. saw tom, phil, AJ, bri, joey, etc. etc. [edit: whatever happened to TA gatherings?]
i honestly had a great time!!! granted, alcohol improved that. but regardless, tiesto made me bounce a number of times and i appreciate that. :p
on a sober note, he didn't do anything special. he was fun, but mediocre. there was no amazing moment. there was no ridiculous track, there was no insanity while i was present. Tijs was fun and worth the trip to the city but his set will not stand out in my memory.
it's hard to see tiesto. when you've witnessed the best dj in the world actually BE the best, anything after that is such a let down. i've seen tiesto be MAGIKAL. he will probably never top that. [edit: i was referring to innercity ]

Just got home a few minutes ago......way to tired to post a review. Ill report back after some sleep.;)
Alright got some rest....
Got there around 11 had no problems at the door with the list. They had the main room blocked off at first and my whole plan to stay sober that night quickly faided away lol. Got my $11 reb bull vodka and thats where it all started.lol They opened the main room sortly after and we made our way up front. Was my first time seeing Serge Devant.....he was pretty good....nothing spectacular. His mixing was very shaky at times and you could tell he was getting pissed. Looked like he was having problems with the CDJ's. Was it just me or was it really strange being out on a Sunday night???
Now for the first time in my Tiesto whoring life........Tiesto actually showed up EARLY and started EARLY!!! Talk about a miricle lol. He came on at 11:45. Second track into his set....Delerium - Innocente (Tiesto remix)....the CDJ crapped out!!!:wtf: Talk about a buzz kill. Why the hell does this always happen to Tiesto??? (thinks back to his set @ Ultra last year.)
Tiesto started to build his set and he was playing some really great tracks but it just didn't have that Tiesto flow. I really enjoyed alot of the tracks he played but they were just too far inbetween.....He would start building it up and then.....ahhhhgggg he would drop some totally boring track. My god honest opinion on his set was a 5 out of 10. It was pretty much every track from ISOS 4 plus a few classics. The tracks of the night for me were Jase From Outta Space - Do What You Want (Max Graham Thirdstreet Remix), Blank & Jones ft. Bobo - Perfect Silence (E-Craig mix), Split Second - Midnight Express, and of course Paul Oakenfold - Southern Sun (Tiesto remix).....brings back so many memories.:happy2:
One thing that really suprized the out of me was when I seen Danny Tenaglia chillin up on the side of the booth. Brianna and myself called him over and got a picture with him. We stayed untill about 4 and decided enough was enough. I was falling alseep in the club and just wanted to crash in my bed. All in all it was a good night. Im just glad I got to hang out with my friends and let loose after a pretty rough week.
I want to thank Sveta (and Tijs;) ) for the comps. You're such a sweetheart Sveta.:p Thanks Brianna and Joey for everything.:toothless Nice seeing everybody else there as well.....

same story here, and i have class at 9a.m. i am going to catch some 3hours'plus of sleep...
edit....tiesto was good, nothing special,started very good but then it was too much upīs and downs,plus at the beginning it was imposible to move. overall, ok night and one of my fav tracks was played Jase From Outta Space - Do What You Want :toothless |

| decent tracklist, nothing reeeally special, but a few great tracks in there... i didnt go last nite, was debating it, but i hadda wake up early today so... guess ill have to wait til PvD vs Tiesto @ Amnesia in 2 months.... hope u guys had fun, lookin forward to some more reviews |

I can't believe that I actually thought of backing out last night because I was too shot. That was the best I've seen Tiesto, outside of Space. He started out too melodic but finished strong.
Big Props to Serge. He absolutely ripped it after Tiesto. He was so good that we actually stayed until 6:15, when they closed shop on him.
I got to say that the crowd was much better last night than in February. I guess 21+ does make a difference. Plus, it seemed like everyone that went was really into the scene and not just idiots since it was a Sunday night. It was packed enough, but there was plenty of room to dance.
Nice seeing all the usual suspects again. Can't wait for Armin on Friday.

| Never seen Tiesto until last night... had to leave @ around 4 am though... work always gets in the way....BUT it was pretty sick... THANK GOD it was at Crobar...their AC was on full blast.... |
