New MP3 COMPETITION coming....

OK folks, TranceAddict MP3 competition 8 is almost over.
That competition is using LIVE MP3 mixing software - such as Traktor and PCDJ.
The next competition is going to utilize ANY other PC Mixing software.
NON-LIVE mixing allowed.
Details of the rules and entry info will be posted here within the next 2 Weeks.
Keep posted and join in the fun.

Glad there is interest already.
One thing I must stress, this is a PC based mix. NOT VINYL.
It will show talent and ability in using just your PC to create the perfect CD length set. |

You can use editing software, Ableton live and alike. Cut and paste techniques, totally rip tracks to bits and make an 80 minute long mix.
It'll mainly advertise sheer originality in the mixing, the production and alike.
Lets say you do a mix like in Sphere's comp, and you get a few beatmatchings wrong, well with that comp it's just tough. Unless you start agian you HAVE to submit it. With this on you can go back in, edit it, rearrange it - do owt you want to it. |
