You didn't hear this from me :-p, but he comes on at midnight....

You know what that means, possibly a 4 hour set! WHOOO!!

I live Spundae @ RS...alwayus like 4 hour sets + :p

No guarantees it's a 4 hour set, though. Probably 3 in the contract + whatever he wants. Remember, he played at Ten15 last year and was supposed to stop at 3:45 AM and went on until past 5:30am...best set of 2004 in quality, IMO. Just ing awesome.

Thanks for the heads up, Dave. I'll be there early regardless.

I don't want to jinx it, but... Ferry NEVER disappointed me. Everyone, be safe and have a great time.

Just got home and damn I'm tired. FERRY ROCKED RUBY SKYE!!

We got there at 12:05am, a lil late, and saw the line for the door and it was a mile long! We had printed out our tix so we went right to the other side and it took 3mins to get in. Once in the opening dj was playing his last track and Ferry got on and brought IT! Every track was mixed perfectly and was FULL of energy. Some of his track selection was a little on the hardstyle and got a little repetative during the middle. But I still loved every minute and one thing you can always count on Ferry is ENERGY! It was great seeing the crowd go nuts and hearing them humm/sing along to Punk when he played it. Great night and vibe all the way to the end.

Needless to say great set full of great trax half of which I can't ID.
I should be able to ID more and add them later. For now I did trainspot these:

After listening to Ferry's set at Aria Montreal 2 months ago I added somemore IDs.

There needs to be a lazer at all Spundae trance events like last night!!!!!
DaveT
His Encore was Gouryella, dude. Ligaya I think.

Awesome ing night!!! OI! I have that horrible taste of vodka in my mouth right now and can't get rid of it. yuck. :-p

Thought his set was awesome. Was a bit discouraged when he pulled Punk out then I saw the crowd reaction. WOWOWOWOWOW. You could hear everyone chanting the song over the song itself hardcore. What an awesome vibe that brought out (once again).

I don't think his set was quite up there with Armin's back in May, although close....but I do think the energy from the crowd was a bit higher. Got there at 11 and just had a feeling it would be a very high energy crowd. And it was!

Moment of the night: Everyone on the stage was trying to get Ferry to play Purple Haze - Adrenaline by pointing as his cook ole book of CDs everytime he turned around....he even said "NO! GET AWAY!" and slammed closed his book of CDs real hard. Was funny as hell.....when he opened his CD case back up the next track he played....Adrenaline, which made it even funnier.

No . And what a nice laser. That thing did like 10 colors!!
Tinigrl007
ID (female vox "make love to you baby, make love to you baby, make love to you!" prog house, NEED THIS ID!)

I think it is...Airbiscuit - Lately (Riley & Durrant Remix) don't hold me 100% to it though. I like that track also, my girlfriends and I went nuts when ferry played it last night. Think I heard it once on ASOT before. If I'm wrong let me know, its possible.:)

That was a great night, as expected. I liked the beginning a lot more than I liked the end, but good stuff nonetheless. Does anyone know the name of the piano song that was like the 4th or 5th song in?

sheffy
I have to echo that -- awesome night as expected!
And yes, that lazer was amazing! First time I had seen that kind. Great stuff!

A couple others:

Yilmaz Altanhan - Eighties (Ozgur Can Remix)
Rachael Starr - Till There Was You (was it G&D remix?)

And wtf, I don't do drugs (no offense at all to those who do) but I got asked by three different people if I had any "extra vitamins" lol :haha: :haha: :wtf: Other than that though, the crowd impressed me (again, thank god this was not at 1015) and that helped make the night that much more special.

Yeah, it was the G&D remix...there's another remix he also plays, but it was definitely the G&D mix last night.

An ahhh yeah, how can I forget about Eighties. Although I think I like the energy (buildup) in the original mix better.

Once again, awesome awesome night.
