ROfl.. I might be schitzophrenic myself I just realised, it's often combined with asperger's syndrom, I always think of myself in the third person, I think I have multiple consciousnesses and i often disagree with myself on various levels of those consciousnesses.

Again, almost everyone does these things. It is normal.

Ok, then it's ok.

To be honest I think that is when the problem sets in, or atleast when you think you have a problem. It is when you think you are the only one who thinks like that or atleast one of the very few in the world when in reality everyone has crazy thoughts. It is just simply because people are too afraid to admit certain things which makes something as stupid as thinking in 3rd person make them think they are insane. Think about how complex we are as human beings and the thinking abilities that we have. Of course dumb crazy is gonna pop in your head from time to time.

on some things a bit more serious. i just called to schedule an appointment with my medical doctor as well as my medication doctor.
I see things, hear things and i'm starting to feel things on my both like someone is grabbing it (neck and arms). I have had nightmares for the past week of waking up without being able to move. even my eyelids are stuck in their position. and i just threw up my food with no reason at all.
I was diagnosed with manic depression 3 years ago and i fear that there is even more crap to deal with with whatever this is

i quit my last job as a cashier because of my severe depression and went to the hospital. As soon as i got out, i got a job as a network admin in a new house. i don't think it's related to my depression at all, but i guess thats for my doctor to analyze

bad times

Keep your head up mate, it sounds like your mind is foggy.

What is your lifestyle like? What things do you do on a daily basis?

Attending the doctors appointments are really important, and so is talking about your issues.

What is very important is looking at your lifestyle. When you suffer from any type of mental illness certain behaviours can make it better, or even make it worse. So you want to do the stuff to make it better, and have less of an effect on your life.

A few things to look at:

- someone with mental issues, from depression to whatever needs to exercise, I'm talking once per day at least, and take classes if possible to increase your social activity at the same time.
- don't lock yourself away, keep as social as possible, and try and make new friends.
- Don't take drugs. Often taking drugs under the age of 18 is what causes a vast majority of mental illness, and doing anything at all, even weed, can turn someone from feeling a little down to having full psycotic episodes
- Get a job, take on a hobby, study, keep really busy, plan your day when you wake up and do stuff all day
- Don't enter personal relationships, sort your out first
- Buy a plant, some fish, a pet or get into gardening. Stuff requiring daily attention and progresses over time is a good starting point to move away from your current problems
- Eat healthy. Get rid of all junk food, and eat really smart
- Change friends if these are a negative influence on you. Its difficult making friends, but the best time to start is now.

A doctor can help prescribe drugs to alleviate then symptoms, however while you are being treated its really important to get your lifestyle in order so you can get a structure in place that leads to positive growth later on and less of a chance of a recurrance once the medication ceases. Look at the cause of your problems and try some new ways of dealing with it, like take a relaxation course, do some yoga, learn to surf, get some hypnotherapy, take up a sport.

Most times when a person't lifestyle needs a serious change you'll hear them say "I don't do stuff like that" when you suggest positive activities, well thats usually a sign that you need to do it.

nah schizophrenia doesnt mean hearing - generally auditory hallucinations are created by your brain - i get them when my mind is overactive... hear ppl whispering my name and stuff - seeing stuff out of the corner of your eye just shows over exposure to chemicals - Schizophrenia isnt just the occasional glance of something and hearing voices - psychotic episodes are when you lose touch with reality completely... sort of like a very heavy acid trip - your view on reality is interpreted differently by your brain, and what you conceive isn't a conception - as far as you know it's a reality
