The cover looks like a 3-minute photoshop job.

How fitting for the contents.

As most (although they won't admit it :D) i've downloaded the Shivers album, the mp3 from POW and OH GOD.IT'S UNMIXED.If indeed the final version of the album is unmixed i'll buy it for only one track and that is...... 5. Zocalo (feat. Gabriel & Dresden) .Massive tune,i've fallen in love with it the very first moment i heard it (ASOT200 Guest Mix) and been waiting for it.Mellow as hell this is one of the best tunes of 2005 (for me at least :p ) :) .

Sorry Armin, you've lost the plot with this one.

you're an idiot.

not exactly sure what to make of this album even tho ive listened to it no less than 5 times over today lol...i want to call it cheese but a number of the songs (golddigger being the most noteable) remind me of how "UR" was on tiesto's last album...when i first heard UR i thought "wtf is this crap? if i wanted an alt rock sound id buy alt rock"

needless to say, i think its a pretty damn good album even tho im not a huge fan of vocal trance (if u can even call this trance)...the vocals on 'wall of sound' are mint (easily my favorite song on the album)

much better album, IMO, than 76...i had to skip over a few tracks evertime i listened to 76 but w/ this album tracks 1-7 are very listenable and 8-10 arent half bad either

after a few listens id probably give this around an 8...good album but nothing groundbreaking and no tracks that make me go "OMFG!!!! $)(*#)(#@*#)(@*#)(@#*"

Armin Van Buuren Feat Nadia Ali - Who Is Watching

Before I was going to judge this album I decided to download it and check it out, If it's good, I'll go directly to the store and buy it. Anyways, I started listen to the album and I did not have any big expectations about it.

The very first tune that's called Wall of Sound featuring Justine Suissa is pretty ok, Nothing too special about it even though Justine always sounds wonderful.
The second track called Empty State featuring Mick Burns was a little better and I actually really enjoyed some parts of that track.
Shivers started play, I really hate that tune, But when I compared it with the other one's, I actually enjoyed it.
Golddigger is one of the worst tracks on this album, That's for sure. Nothing good in it at all
I really love Armin van Buuren's work together with Gabriel & Dresden, ZoCalo is clearly one of the best tune on this CD.
Gypsy together with Ray Wilson is also very bad, But there is one part that is pretty chilled that I like, Otherwise a very bad track.
The collaboration with Nadia Ali is ok, The vocals becomes very annoying after a while. I like a part of that tune very much, It's in the end of the track.
Bounce Back together with DJ Remy & Roland Klinkenberg is very bad, I really hate that one.
Armin van Buuren's very own production called Control Freak is very good, The melody may be a little boring, But still, I think this is a good tune.
Serenity together with Jan Vayne, Is a very bad tune. I really don't like it, I think it sucks.

I think that this album is a dissapointment, 76 is much better, So many better tunes on that one. Anyways, He's not the best producer out there, So I'll give it 6/10 just to be a little generous.

Cheers!

I like it :) It's only the downtempo-breakbeat kinda stuff that I don't really like (Wall Of Sound, Who Is Watching) but then the rest is real good.. especially ZoCalo, Bounce Back and Empty State (my favourites from the album) :)

I think this is a better album then 76, more variety in styles and a more professional sound to it. Armin has grown production wise if you ask me :) Not everything sounds as good but at least he's finding new stuff and doing new stuff and that is quite rare nowadays :)
