good question. it really depends on my mood. i prefer if it is something emotional or 'deep'. I want to come out of the conversation with something that makes me think, perhaps about things i never thought about, rather than just 'chit chat'. on the other side if i am not feeling too much emotional or deep, then something that is interesting.
a bad conversation to me is a bad listener, or a person that doesnt really respond to something that pertains to the conversation. or people that just keep talking and talking about nothing....

a funny guy is lucky because its always a good conversation when a lady laughs. Also, things that you have in common and if you dont have something in common try getting them to do something you like that they don't
