Michael Finley is out there if Im not mistaken, lets see where he goes, I dont think he'd fit in well with the Heat, Finley just dosnt seem like the type of guy who can play well while sharing the ball with other stars.

as much as i like finley's game, he's not a dependable #1 guy for a team ..

i still remember his days at univ of wisconsin, and wisconsin was in the sweet 16 .. they needed him to have a big game, and he shoots 2 for 17 .

yeah thats true
so hes not a great team player, and he sucks as the main guy...... Michael Finley one of the most overated stars in the NBA? (yeah I know hes had his moments but still)

Larry Hughes's announced defection from Washington to Cleveland could provide the Knicks with a new chance to pry center Kwame Brown from the Wizards.

on espn they were reporting that the Wizards and the Lakers have reached an agreement on a trade for Kwame.

Eddie Basden (charlotte) signed with the Bulls

marvin williams signs with the hawks.
the top 10 draft picks of this year have been signed. is this a record time that the 1st 10 draft picks becoming signed ??

how come nba draft picks are easier to sign, rather than nfl draft picks .. i blame the damn agents trying to push the dollars from the gms and owners .

in the nfl signing bonuses are a bigger deal since its guarenteed money while the contract itself is . so i think its harder to figure out the right balance between the bonus and the contract. im not exactly sure but the nfl has a cap but i dont think the nba does.

yeah .. the nba has a cap for each team .. but what i think is that managing a 12 player payroll is a lot easier than managing a 55 player payroll .. especially if you're going to spread out let's say $30 million between 12 players, instead of let's say $60 million between 55 players ..

i do not want to be an accountant for an nfl team .. it would be horrible.

Some NBA News:

Kwame Brown traded to Lakers for Caron Butler and possibly Chucky Atikins. How stupid are the Lakers.

Jerome James signs for the Knicks. (eh ok deal hes a big dude so its all good and Fyre is sucking it up in Las Vegas)

Nets are gonna sign Shareef but may have to do a sign-and-trade

Eddie Curry looking at the Hawks. Stay in Chicago you dumbass.

Also Knick fans:
Isiah says he wont trade Marbury but he could trade either Crawford or Richardson. Nate Robinsons play has definitly made him a possible starter. So Isiah is thinking of trading. What has been talked about is trading any 3 of the big guards we have right now. Forget who the team was but one trade that was talked about was sending Marbury to a team and getting back 3 players with their deals almost expiring which would leave the Knicks in Cap Room heaven and have a shot at Lebron when he becomes a Free Agent.

i think this is a 50-50 thing .. the wiz get caron butler, hoping to fill the void of larry hughes, and kwame brown is a player phil jackson is hoping he will be the hype brian grant didn't fill .. the lakers look like they are looking for big bodies, which they sorely missed last season .. we will see ..
