Some of us prefer teh internets :p ...at least until I get a harder job...being a Credit Officer is way too easy (the volume is crazy but if you work fast enough you have tons of time to play! ;)) |

as I sit through page after page of all your posts...I think you should all thank your lucky stars for what you do have.....dahem guys...U guys are sooo lucky..Really, cuz while you sit there sweating the little things......there is someone out there failing in health...or some poor couple never being able to leave a legacy...or some joe schmoe losing his job with his house and going bankrupt.
So like...just try to be happy with what you got. And when you find that special someone or something that makes your heart skip a beat (like oiling up babes or muscles)...remember that life is great....so try....and try again...to stay excited about the things that you were fortunate to get.
That's all I gotta say :) |

i cannot wait to get the out of school,
i dont care what you working folk say, im in sick of school, i been in school since i was three years old and i havent had a break. i want to make money and start living instead of always being unsure of the direction my life is going to take.the problem with school is that there is too much uncertainty.
the day i graduate will be a happy day indeed. |

STAY IN SCHOOL 4 AS LONG AS U CAN!!!! .. if possible become a professional/career student!! I would. Unless u're doing a job u enjoy...or your dream job... everything else is just there to help u pay the bills, & not what u had planned. Besides, how many people graduate with degree's and such but don't end up working within their fields anyways. Sometimes it all seems like a waste of time. :( |

it gets 100x more confusing once you graduate - k, at least it did for me. i was a lot more certain when i was in uni than i am now...i am way more confused about what the i am going to do with my life now that i don't have that safety net around me. blah! |

haha what the ??? I started this thread cuz I was bored at work. And come on - we're not ALWAYS ALL THE TIME SO HARD DONE BY. Someone grab a violion holy moly. Geez, everyone goes through rough patches in their life. I've had a fair amount but you wouldn't know from lookin at me. You make the best of the hand you're dealt. I don't think people deserve my sympathy any more than I deserve theirs. And that's the fun part about bitching about the little things. Because yeah sure I'm lucky, but I've worked hard to get where I am and I know that I still have a lot to go and I'm willing to work hard for the rest of it. So, if for one day on one internet forum thread we have our little life vents then who cares really. It's cathartic and it's entertaining. Life is full of peaks and valleys and my job isn't to worry about everyone else and adjust my life accordingly because of them. You make the best of what you got. Talk is cheap. It's not impossible to turn yourself around and be productive and work hard. I'm proof of that. :) |
