Hard to believe both cars stolen.

Well Saturday night I went out to a bar for about 2 hrs, got home arouned 1:30, rested, fell asleep woke up to go to Space but passed out again. Wake up in the mornring to go get laundry, look for my cars,
okay one isnt where I parked it, okay its not there. Look for the other one its not where I parked it prepped for the hurricane. Okay both have been stolen.
Get this two Acura Integras stolen anywhere from 1 - 10 am sunday morning from a gated one way entrance/exit with security guard from 11pm - 7 am. One had an alarm and both had kill switches. WTF....still hard to believe what has happened. They were after my cars, no broken glass
the alarm didnt go off. I think its someone who knows me, hard to believe but no one knew where the kill switches were.
PS: for those that dont know what a kill switch is, it is something an owner can install as an extra layer of security to prevent theif from driving or starting your car once he has broken in. |

| any security vids or anything.. what alarm did you have i think with my viper (paid $600) that if you filled out the alarm reg. and sent back to viper that if your car was stolen they will pay you or something not sure im at wk and dont have my book here but if you did that you might be able to get something from the alarm co. good luck man that sux |

Its been happening up here in orlando ALOT!
These guys come in with tow trucks and just pick the suckers up. If you have a removable steering weeel, they have another one with the correct wheel adapter. Screw an alarm, they have spare ECUs and just unplug them. Seriously, it has gotten really bad up here for Honda/Acura owners. Its sad.
My friend that had his stolen a couple weeks ago hasn't recovered his car either. It was in a gated community with 24hr security. His car had an alarm and his steering wheel was removed. They just took it on a lift and it was gone :(
It has been happening to alot of the modded cars here. Good luck on finding your cars. can't beleive they got both... |

oh. hmmmm. but... dont most people go to auto stores for parts? who just goes to a random person and buys a part? i would definitely think it was stolen.
maybe i should just shut up before i continue to make myself look stupid. |

| god, that sucks! hope you find your cars or who did this :(. nowdays you'd basically have to attach a motion detecting gatling gun to your car to prevent thievery. sad story though:( hope it works out. |
