<-- finished 10th.. i thought the comments were fine. appreciate the work by everyone.
i got a lot of marks for a 'creative' mix, which was nice. its flaws were pretty well spotted. really, i'm planning on dropping the voyage melody and working on some parts of mix as a track in itself. i started with the melody and it ended up being a melody that didnt fit well with my style. hell, i had rearranged the timing significantly anyway. |

Heh, I think out of the 4 judges, Bricky liked mine the most of the four. PDM really didn't think much of it, for which I don't blame him, my percs always suck :haha:
Oh well, back to remixing VGM :tongue2: |

haha i'm flattered :) but I'm sure someone else deserved to win more as the score seemed to say
To be honest, i didn't find any of the judges to be unfair as everyone has their own styles and opinion of what "sounds good". Actually, the only thing I think could be improved on is if the judges use a more varied range of scores. I felt there were too many scores from 5-10.
I would actually like to see more of a range from 1-10 where 5 is average... not where 7 or 8 or 9 is the average score...
Other than that, everyone did a good job and judges did great. |

There will be soon a The Art of War remix contest, LOL, seriously :P, I am looking for some sponsors, but I have plans to give a full version of fruityloops, ravity vstis and 300 bucks :).

| Depends on what everyone wants to remix for the next competition - whether a trance track or something else - I can get my hands on a midi of pretty much any half famous song around, Film Themes, TV themes you name it ;). Just some suggestions though :) |
