TA Remix Competition 8th Edition [Prizes Updated] (pg. 5)

Thought of something which I couldn't see in the posts here:
In order to give the judges just remixes and no names, there must be a rule that submissions must be exclusive for this competition and NOT posted on forums, especially TA, until the judging is finished.
There should also be a deadline for the judges to submit results. |

another possible mistake on my part... i think this may actually be the 7th edition
did a few searches and found the 4th was sound of goodbye, then i think the next was plummet (5th), then coast 2 coast (6th), then this... can anyone confirm or correct?
just for some reason remembered c2c being the 7th, may be wrong |

I'm almost finished with mine already. This is what happends when you're stuck in your computer chair from sporting injuries :D
Ended up not using that midi. It confused me more than anything. Some notes are just wrong (especially the main lead!). Better off just re-writing everything by ear. |

| I think it's very tricky to set up a maximum number of entries, because, just like in the previous competition, not everyone on the list will deliver a remix. I think there were more than 25 on the list but only 15 submitted. You can probably raise that number, taking into account that you will get not that number of remixes. And of course, the bigger the competition the better! |

I'm trying too, but can not guarantee anything, I have talk to quite other companies looking for sponsorship, we'll see what happens.

i noticed the stuff about uploading... good point, didn't think of that. it's probably best you remove the original upload/ftp info from the original post to avoid confusion :) |
