It says is free and subcription free.. how does this really work?!?!.. use other frequency?!?!...
Party 931 really messed up in Dance Music Quality.. Heck!!.. Power 96 back in 99 played much better choones, and waaaaaaaaaay better trance mixes.. the millenium show was great heh.. Xpander as the anthem, and teleportation from parker & clind.. I think if Power 96 were to do a Dance music station, they'd do it better, they need George Alvarado, the Late Nite Laboratory were the best of power 96.. should b interesting, at least something Dance in the streams heh.. |

yeah you have to buy a receiver, but seriously... that was back in the day... if this guy claims they're not going to play bubblegum trance, they should stop playing bubblegum hiphop on power96... there's no REAL hiphop value at all... it sucks purely... I seriously don't know anyone in my age group that likes power96... they're all my little brother's age (13) and younger. My friends who like hiphop listen to the Beat or 99jamz, but definately not power96.
I know party was , but power96 is just as bad, and they've got to get rid of those annoying Latin skanks yelling all hard thinking they're black, and the only way power96 keeps its ratings is by bribing the listeners "10,000 Dollar thursdays!!!!!!!!!" |

| the messed up thing about it.. The Beat is rumored to switch formats at the end of this year. I dont know how Power manages to get their numbers but its probably the worst hip-hop station i have ever listened to. |

you were just criticizing bubblegum tracks, yet you miss 2 out of the many bubblegum tracks played.
A station that plays some badass like Eric Sneo, Brian Cross, and Andy Moor on their regular rotation will definately get my vote... but if you're just going to play us played out Tiesto and Armin van Buuren tracks, don't even bother. |

money talks... Power gives more money than the Beat... therefore power gets better ratings. More people want to listen if they can win some good cold, hard cash... not stupid tickets to a movie that hasn't come out yet.
oh yeah and there are too many hiphop stations in miami.. how many like 4? Seriously, hiphop is yesterday's music... it's about time the beat goes off. |

bottom line: Power has been around for a long time.. so they are always going to have the numbers.
4 hip hop channels .. and a load of hip hop pirate stations = way too much hip hop in one city. |
