yeah, they should have no announcer guy or mcs on the mic when ferry or pvd is on deck. Or just do it every top of the hour after station identification.

Now I hope they really pick up after Party 931 flaws and really listen to the listener's suggestions.

Party 93.1 only survived at the time cause of 4 main factors, Paul Oakenfold, George Acosta, Edgar V, And Markus Schulz all had shows on it, They were the only shows worth listening to on Party 93.1 at the time, Everything else was just cheese durring the day, At night, They did some love broadcast at some venues, But the DJs who were spinning were only allowed to spin comercial stuff, When the guest dj came on, They were able to play whatever they wanted.

It would be nice to hear George Alvarado, George Acosta, Edgar V and all the rest back on the radio, But chance of that happening are a million to one, Global DJ Broadcast is now exclusive to Digitally Imported Radio and can be heard every Thursdays at 12:00pm eastern time on the trance channel. However, For those living in Arizona, They can listen to the Global DJ Broadcast every Sunday/Monday mornings at 3:00am eastern time cause they have a popular dance music station over there called EnergyAZ, They broadcast there station live online as well on there official site www.energyarizonafm.com. Now I would love for them to bring back dance music on the radio again, As long as it's done right and with less comercials or no comercials at all.

I remember when 93.1 was 1st coming up & they had next to no commercials, no VJs (or vocoders in this case :haha: ) & 'quality' EDM believe it or not.

not really... it's always been crap... just next to no freestyle... hearing Sylver - Turn the Tide 20 times a day was bad enough... I don't see how that's quality EDM.

we all know the best things that party 931 did was have the night shows and the best free concerts ever. :toocool: :toocool: :toocool:

I was doing a little research last night on HD Radio, And I couldn't find any home versions of the things, It seems to be built mainly for car stereos, But some companies are making home receiver versions of them.

what a party 931 part II? cuz that's crappy...

how about...a radio station with nocturnal sessions and GDJB EARLIER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and live sets from DJ's...even if they're recorded and then played, that will work too...

OR underground musik cuz I'll be damned if I have to hear

DJ Sammy -I'm a Cheesepuff and the rest of the CRAP that ISN'T trance follow...

this includes Adiago for Strings, Lethal Industry, and Love Comes Again...just cuz you throw that in there doesn't make the station TRANCE or EDM...

euroTRASH.

but w/e that's just meh...

nothing has been able to top grooveradio and all they did was play CD's...

*edit* I agree with Ben on the night shows + free parties on 931 being the best thing they did.

I just went on the site and they finally have there online stream of the station running, It's a pretty good quality, On the page you would have to login in order to listen to there live stream, However, By searching thru the source of the page, I managed to find the direct link to the stream, It runs right on WMP, The quality of the stream is at 64 kbps, 48 kHz stereo, To listen to the station, Click on the link below, It will open in WMP and connect.
