hmm I really love sad emotional tracks as well and most of your picks here are certainly good. I wanna add some.
System F - Solstice (Back in the days [2000 I think] where Slinky was a top club and on a night that Armin and Ferry [at top form] were playing together I asked this from Ferry and he played it straight away. That was probably the very first time [and one of the few] that I actually felt...ehm ...ecstacy.)

Armin - Communication (Armin's best ever)
Kuffdam & Plant - Seduction (The Level Above Mix) (SOOOO SAD)
