Anything by Echano/Mart
Interstate - I Found You
Moogwai - Viola
Thats just a lil list of trance that makes me think differently than other trance. They seem a little more emotional. This is just my opinion though. |
In my opinion Moogwai - ,,Voila" is not sad !!!! I think it's lively track that you can dance to. However if you feel sad try to listen DJ Tiesto - Alone In The Dark !! I hope you won't suffer from depression. ;] |

It surely is a song with a lot of feeling. And it always depends in what mood you are when listening to a track as it can make you feel differently. It depresses me when i'm listening to it as it makes me remember some things from my past.It can have a different effect in other people though ;)

rite, it depends on the mood when ure listening to it, and I gotta say that the track makes me sad too |

Randy Katana - In Silence (Txitarro Remix) (the melody just hits me, one of the few where I coulda cried on the dancefloor, just beatiful)
Angelic - It's My Turn (Ariel Remix) (OH MAN, the best dark/sad trance track I own)
Transa - Enverate (that's a good call for those who mentioned it ahead of me)
Push - Strange World (2000 Remake) (Now that's T.R.A.N.C.E.)
Jono Grant vs. Darren Tate - Let the Light Shine In
Most Emotional track though... Pulser - Cloudwalking, Quote taken from AchillesB, hearing this track for the first time ever and having Tiesto on the decks in '01 at Wintergalactic, was one of the few times I felt true ecstacy, and refer to my comment to In Silence :disbelief |

i disagree with all of those except maybe Let the light shine in.
Another kind of sad track is Kuffdam & Plant - Summer Dream, though im sure some people might disagree. |

None of them are sad :) |

i'm really not getting most of these... summer dream sad?
it's probably already been mentioned but the one real 'sad'/melancholic trance piece i can think of is tiesto's mix of sarah mclachlan - sweet surrender. most 'emotional' music can swing either way depending on your state of mind & be considered both happy and sad; but songs like that have a distinct sombre/low-key feel to them which would be pretty hard to associate with any kind of euphoric feeling (imo) |
