| Some people have style, some peoople don't. Some people are jealous because they can't afford to buy clothes others have. |

Thank you. Your large words confused me. |
Why don't you just shut up and get a clue that just because you hate your closest neighbouring country doesn't mean it's the only bad country in the world.
You think the US is trendy with it's clothing and overall mentality ? :stongue: :stongue: :stongue: :stongue: :stongue: :stongue:
It's most certainly not on average when compared to a lot of other European countries to say the least!!!!
While I do understand buying a piece of clothing just because it sports a big logo accross the chest of a fashion name brand is somewhat lame I am not against the idea of buying something of high quality.
Gone are the high schools days where I used to sport clothing with big logos displayed as advertisement banners.
Now days I still buy expensive clothing but I try and get something I'll still be ok with wearing in say 5 to 10 years. Yes I prefer keeping my clothes for a long time.
Now to all hypocrites who are against these so called fashion empires for mistreating their workers ( whom in many cases have actually higher salaries then the 10 cents a day you mention seeing a lot is made in Europe but that is shifting abroad ( this in particular for italian brands) ) wake up and smell the coffee burning.
Consider gasoline a clean byproduct of war, huge money laundering corporations mixed in with corrupt politics ...... what are you trying to do to act against that? And don't say you're using organic gasoline or I'll laugh quite hard.
If you're a user of public transportation and bicycle good for you.
Now go and look at any and all your pieces of clothing .... isn't fruit of the loom made in Mexico? not that it matters but I don't think the workers get a big salary and a LOT of it is profit.
Now unto your shoes .... that also a huge profit for the man unless you made your kicks yourself.
There's so much that could be discussed about problems and so called corrupt money and how it's all going to THE man.
The world is corrupt and standing there and saying I'm a better person because I fight the good fight is as hypocritical as one can possibly be. |

People that think it's cool to hate designer clothes are more irritating than people who think it's cool to love designer clothes. For god's sake get over yourselves! People are different.
If someone feel comfortable wearing a 200$ shirt, good for them. And if someone feel comfortable wearing a 10$ shirt, then good for them.
The behaviour of some people in threads like these are just pathetic. Stop being so intolerant... |

By entertaining the notion that you can categorize an entire nation into one group and label them all the same, you too are ignorant. |
