i agree the ref was a peice of and couldnt handle the game..but i wouldnt credit madrids win entirely on the ref at all. |

Ok. But the referee did mess up the match when he gave Antonio Lopez a red card for something that is not even a yellow. I did not see very much penalty in that challenge either, It was not very much to a match after that stupid red card..
But sure, Real Madrid played well, Can't take that away from them even though Atletico was 10 players after only 6 minutes..
EDIT: It seems like Ronaldo is going to be out of play for a period, Hope he returns healthy and fit for fight, Real Madrid's best player for sure, He's world class - That's for sure ;) |

zoric you also gotta remember that Barca has gotten way to many bull wins and ties going back to last year and this year cause of refs. Although to be fair it happens to everybody once in a while, just that because Ive seen Barca games alot more than others i notice it with them.So lets just say we got even somewhat, but Dannys right and you agree i see as well, this win was not all cause of the refs retardness.
and now with Ronaldos injury all those offseason signings of forwards dont seem so dumb after all huh :tongue2 |

OK. I have not said anything about Barcelona and their statement to the referees. I also think that Barcelona gets alot of stuff easy and not to mention some of the penaltys this year. It's pretty obvious that the bigger teams always gets bigger advantages when their playing, Just to add something to Real Madrids favour: The goal against Celta Viga that was the last one and gamewinning, That was no goal at all, So the referee made a huge misstake there, But Real survived.
The ref. yesterday was a complete idiot. I still think that Real Madrid had him a little more on their side than Atletico, He should be neutral. The referee did destroy that Madrid-derby yesterday, It would've been a totally other match if he did not show the red card..
I think personally that the referees in Spain is the worst in Europe, In my oppinion. It's a battle between the spanish ones and the English referees thats allowing to much rough actions. The Italian referees is pretty bad too, But not as bad as the spanish.
I'm really sorry that Ronaldo got injured by Perea. You can say anything about that guy, But he almost always scores goals, And that's pure class. |
