| not sure what to say really. I was on a camping trip and found out about this too late to stay back. I'm still in shock, it's as if a part of me is missing in some kind of way. Boa was what house and EDM in general was all about. It is a huge reason why i love music so much and why i want to do something with music. best wishes to all the staff... and I hope to see you soon in a new venue. Thank you for changing my life in such a positive way and providing dirty ass beats to shake my ass to until i literally could not move anymore:) |

I finally discovered what the "take a chill pill" expression was all about!
Wicked times at Boa. The music was great, the club was awe inspiring, and the people were amazing. Me and my beautiful girlfriend came out after having a semi rough day, and just needed the escape. What an escape it was!
So many TA's out in full force. Most definately a good good time.
This was my third time going to boa. I regret not going more often.
:)

Wow, can't believe that i missed the last night. i had every intention of being there (sorry Erica, sorry Rony), but something came up and i couldn't make it.
from what i've read here and heard from others, it was definitely a night that won't soon be forgotten.
i, as do all of you, have many happy memories at BOA ... and as unfortunate as it is that their doors are closing, all good things must come to an end at some point or another ... and all this does is provide us with something new and exciting to look forward to.
Sean - heard you killed it and gave the system a proper farewell ... atta boy!
something i would like to clear up though, for anyone who might think otherwise, is that TEDD PATTERSON did not cancel and/or was not a no show. up until Friday everything was a go, but due to circumstances beyond anyone's control (that might be a bit obvious at this point) the club requested that we hold off on bringing him in ... with the promise that a rescheduled date would be made, once the new space opens.
with that being said ... i want to extend my many thanks to everyone at boa, who made that club what it was. i enjoyed partying there, i enjoyed working there, i enjoyed hanging there, i enjoyed being there! |

Thank you Boa for providing the greatest clubbing experience in the city. At Boa, I experienced my best birthday, new years (NYE 2004/2005), and all around party (Danny Tenaglia @ Boa). Boa was a place like no other, and I am very sad that it is now gone. Hopefully the new Boa will be able to live up to it's predecessor.
I had a very good time on the weekend. Thank you to Sean Miller for playing all of the great tunes I have heard in the year I have been partying at Boa.
Thanks to all the TAs for making the party. It was great times chilling with the regulars, and finally getting a chance to talk to/get to know other TAs. |

A heartfelt thank you to all those who attended on Saturday night, and to those who did not, we missed you!
This last night was a perfect representation of the last two years, full of great music, fantastic people and lots of love.
I could not have achieved my dream of Boa-redux without your support and that of the wonderful Boa staff. Erica, Sean, Justin, Li, Akter, Edwin, Len and Carey (for as long as you were there), come especially to mind.
Our dreams continue and you shall hear from us soon........... and to all the nay sayers, I pity you for you lack dreams and imagination!
