I've personally never done it but I've known people who have...it's serious. I think it's an issue that has to be dealt with properly because it can escalate to other extreme measures.
*Edit*-don't exactly know if you consider punching walls when you're pissed self-harm (I tend to do that when I am). I hurt my hand really bad one time though. |
