yeah we have a chill out thread so we dont need to be making the omfg i'm [insert substance here] thread. but thats in our LOCAL section. Alot of ppl posting their drunk threads already have a thread like that in their section. no need to announce it to the world ur fuking drunk n online. big woop tee dooo!
the drunk threads got a lil out of hand in the core and they made a rule.
dont be mad cuz ur lil buddy got banned for it and it just happened to be by coup.

I can safely say, hand on heart Mel has never brown nosed me lol
if anything she is one of the first to critique me if she thinks i have done something wrong and that is a good thing.
i have lessened suspension time on a few offenders because of ppl like Mel pointing out that stuff is not always as bad as it first looks.
She is not the only one that does this, even Mr Pink has helped out on a few things in the past as has others and a big thank you to all of you that do help us out on occasion. (even vivid boy has helped in the past!! OMG! )
the mods here are not infalable, we still value your input after all our main concern is make TA a good place for all.
but on the whole the deal with the drunk threads is a majority disagree with them, so they will be dealt with accordingly

lol im not mad about mario being banned. I think that's hilarious. None of us give a crap about mario being banned, not even mario. Oh noezzzzz my friend i see in real life almost every day is banned from the intarweb. Now i cant talk to him.......online.....:wtf: :haha:
and hell, like i said, i dont care about Coup lol. Coup is a MOD to me and that's it. nothing more, nothing less.

this isnt about Mario, he did that on purpose, I know you know that cause you said it earlier. This is more about the principle. Why is it that no one is allowed to post in the c0r while drunk?
If you start a drunk thread you get suspended, ok, thats a legitament rule. The problem is that it doesn't give a person an option of other things to do. If you take over soem random thread you're a hijacker, if you post in a bunch of threads you're a spammer. Why can't there just be a SPAM thread? |

thats not right. if u are drunk u cannot post an "omg im so drunk w0000t" thread - we're sick of them.
9/10 topics in cor get hijacked by post #4 anyway and get turned into a nonsense thread - so theres plenty of places to post nonsense.
Pink there is a huge difference between drunken spam threads and the chillout threads in florida and atlanta. if i went through the miami chillout thread, i could find atleast 50 different topics that have been discussed, i bet i couldnt find 10 if i added up all of the topics discussed in every drunken thread since they became popular. |

My solution?
delete all threads, I am sure that there is not ever going to be a thread that everyone thinks is interesting. Therefore all should be gone. :p |

I see the point in a lot of things the mods do.
Hell, fine, ok.......i see the point in closing all drunk threads.
But i don't see them coming up with a SOLUTION to the problem.....just a forced rule that, face it, a lot of the c0r wh0res aren't liking lol. |
