| try a diff program to nero for a try ? if not, go through any help files or google searches as mentioned is probably your best hope |

| depends really, nero is usually the best choice due to the options available on it..... there's one called Exact CD Copy If I remember, but iv'e got a proper copy of nero & not had any problems with it |
