good/bad move?

ok, so you're sitting in class near the front (big class at college), and some hot girl comes and sits next to you before class starts, and you eventually start talking (initiated by you) and she looks like she kinda digs you, judging from body language and questions asked, but you could be wrong. the class ends a couple hours later with a "i'll see you later" (dual-initiated) simply because you had a pre-schedueled ride coming to pick you up that she found out about at some point during the class. it may have been that she still wanted to chat with you after class or something, judging from the "gut-feeling-o-meter" + "longer than usual pause after class before saying goodbye factor, indicating indecision". class is very rare (say a couple times a week at the most) and large class so hard to find the same person sitting next to you again.

wrong move to say "i'll see you later" and stick to the schedueled ride?

discuss.

should got the digits tho..

Sit in the same spot next class and see if she sits by you. If she doesn't, you can always see if you run into her after class.

I'm in a 4 credit class that's 11 hours a week.

Now that's a joke.

I had a ton of classes like that. One class met 2.5 hours 3 times a week and had roughly 15 hours of homework a week, and was a 3 credit class.

The thing with the class is it's PACKED with a few hundred people, with very few empty seats. This is why I think I might have ed up. I'm a total noob with talking to girls in the interest of getting hooked up. I'm actually surprised that I'm saying " you" to my shy gene as of late. Being such a noob means going totally on gut feeling, and that's what I did, but I'm just checking to see what you guys think.

CRUCIAL btw: I was feeling like I was on this girl's "real" ladder from the start, which is a good thing. URL: click me

it could have been played better..but the fact that you're just like' pff..w/e bich, i dont got time for you right now' was cool, even if it was by accident...because the next time you see her you'll be all like 'whats up'

and she'll be like 'omg buttsecks'

and then you're in my man.

what you can do is come one hour before class (be sure that you are the first one there, so no seats are taken), and when you see her enter the front door, you shout out "yo babe! i saved you a seat right here!" .. that way you know she can sit next to you again ...

just kidding ...

i believe in the glory of fate .. fate is always by your side when you screw up your first meeting with a chic .. fate will help you sit next to the chic the next time ...

oh yeah ... picsorstfu .

:p

Are the entrances to the room in the front (lower) or the back of the room?

Provided the room has no balcony, sit next to an aisle where at least a profile is visible. If the doors are at the front, sit a few rows up to be at eye level. If the doors are in the back, sit next to a side aisle (hopefully there is a curvature to the seating arrangment) near the bottom of the auditorium.

Get there early, loiter outside by the doors if there is a previous class in session in the room (chance she might see you out there before class). As soon as is advantageous, go in, pick your seat....put your bag down in the seat next to you. Grab something to "read over" lecture notes or something....and periodically rifle through your bag for whatever to give you a chance to look around sneakily.

If she does not find you/sit next to you, and you do spy her in the audience, you can catch her after class and say hi.

You could also change your position in seating to be near the back so you have a bird's eye view of everyone that enters the room, might even be able to sneak up to a spot near her before class starts if she comes in and does nto see you, then you can talk to her after class.

Make sure you have no important things right after class, so you can at least get the digits.

woa

man, i'm such a loser, i don't think i can do that. i also don't want to be too obvious. but thnx man, i'll think about it.

the class is an auditorium style thing. doors at the top-back (on 2 sides), and 2 at the bottom-front (again, on 2 sides). 2 aisles run down, with one cross-section aisle midway down, after the steps. so what you're saying is tricky. either way i'm gonna need some luck. if it wasn't for that ing ride today...
