| the first 2 weeks is all that you have to get over, then its easy from there. i stopped 3months ago, i've had a cig here and there but that doesn't mean imma start up again. you'll be fine good luck with that... |

| i quit smoking 2 weeks ago. and when i say 'quit smoking' i mean i've cut down to about 1 or 2 smokes a day. it's hard to actually quit quit :( |
