hahah, i don't think you've ever done that actually... you're easy to talk to on the phone.
oooh it also sucks when you don't know how to transition the conversation into saying goodbye... especially when it feels like you're just cutting the other person off and trying to ignore them.

That's not it at all, I just have a thorough distaste for talking on the phone that is deep rooted in people calling me to talk about NOTHING for many years, so now when I talk to Myra and we actually DO have things to talk about, it's just taken me a little while to overcome the many MANY years of social conditioning to hate the phone... :D |

hahhaha actually i'm right there with you man :p. i seriously hate talking on the phone...there are very few people that i can talk to for a good while without going crazy. |

Yeah... you have no idea how many people have come up to me in the last week or so since I changed that and been like "Yeah dude, sorry for leaving all the voicemails... are you pissed off with me?" It's in' hilarious... but it's worked, I NEVER get a voicemail anymore unless it's actually important...
Voice mail is such a bitch for me, because I can never force myself to get rid of it, just for that one message that's going to be like "Rob, emergency" or "Rob, come headline Vision tonight because Dave Dresden bailed on us..." (:rolleyes: ) that I'd miss if I didn't have voicemail...
I can't be expected to miss out on covering for Dave Dresden, therefore, I have voicemail... |
