Long overdue but here it finally is...
Where could I start?! Got there around 11 and it was so empty but good that it was, I was expecting Armin to not do so well because of some recent sets I've heard & ASOT as well but was giving him the benefit of the doubt...Anyway Edgar did the usual to open the night...jamming for a little...Edgar never disappoints! :D I'm expecting Armin to come on at 2 AM but at 1:30ish I look up & there he is...WTF!!! Awesome...Everyone begins to chant "Armin, Armin" he looks like he humbly appreciates the attention. He opens the night solid and I'm having so much fun...but then he doesn't stop and pounds back to back TUNES!! His crowd interaction was my favorite of the night, he was moving his hands & putting up the headphones...moving along to the beat. I was dancing so much it was insane...When he played PLAYMO I went absolutely nuts...at the sound of the first beat I literally ran from the front of the DJ booth door to the front of the room...I was jumping & waving my hands in the air...screaming & all. His mixing skills were on point, by far the best ever, I was so blown away at his mixing + transitions...going from trance to house back to trance & just doing it flawless!! I had such a great time...even better than PvD in August but I cannot compare Armin & PvD...their styles are totally different and they each bring it in a different way. A great night to add to Space history. SO many great tunes from Armin to Edgar's closing set...here is what I remember Armin playing from the night:

Marcel Woods .: Advanced (was looking for Mel during this one...wanted to see her ass going crazy lol)
I'm still trying to ID my tune of the night which was right after he played Without You Near...someone help
But there were THREE flops of the night I could have done WITHOUT...

Katana .: Play it Loud :wtf: :whip: Mel & I both detest this so bad, I stopped dancing & moving period.
& last & quite the worst was that I Feel Loved crap...OMFG did not fit whatsoever...:rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
Now Edgar's closing set was just as I expected from Edgar...pounding & ownage...

Edgar rocked it hard core for the time I stayed...was great seeing him again...can't wait till PvD in November

Great night overall...I had a blast partying with the TA's as usual...great turnout & great seeing Amber with Terry & Colleen all the way from Tampa, you ladies looked lovely...there were so many of us!!
