CHOOOOOOOOOOONS!!!
Mat Ste-Marie awesome opening set. Recognized a lot of the tracks (not bad for a house convert eh?)
Chus and Ceballos - <3 These two have the most amazing charisma during their set and know how to work the crap out of a (very large) crowd. Margaret got a picture with Chus and I got a picture with Ceballos. Oh and their Spanish kissing on both cheeks! So cute! :D
Danny Tenaglia - THE MAN Ass-shaking tunes from start to finish. My feet are still sore Mr. Tenaglia. And thank you for signing me and Nat's posters ;)
I still can't believe Ceballos dancing and hanging out after his set. Talk about MAKING MY WEEKEND! Oh, and he said he would be back in November..until then!

No. We were actually commenting on his lack of mic presence last night. But he did mention something at the end about 'wishing he was able to speak French," so maybe that had something to do with it??
Oh, he told me that I was the reason he never came out of the booth as I harrassed him for his John Hanon my Black and Blue Poster. (He obliged.)
He also said that his last appearance in Montreal was 9 years ago and now that he is finally free from his NYC residency every weekend he would be back much more often! :) |

haha... i think danny might have been a little confused! :p
maybe what he meant was it's been 9 years since he played anywhere other then stereo? although it's still been like two years since he was there last! |
