So what was TA like in '99

When the golden era of trance was rolling. Were we all this cynical? Were we still hating ourselves for being the masses and making trance mainstream yet still underground? Reading TA's threads now seem like every other thread. Bashing at it's finest. No blantantly rude coarse remarks but, superiority and elitism chit chat about is happening in this day and age.
So I wonder who has been on TA during that time period and please, tell me what it was like. Yes I listened to trance back then but was not active here.
however, no doubt many of you are very knowledgable about trance, yet come on. Our childhood trance heroes(pvd, sasha, tiesto, ferry), once our heroes do not deserved to be flamed later on in their life no matter which path they choose for reasons WE aren't even sure of. May it be money, fame, or STILL trying to please their fans and make music they love. Let's keep an open mind.

| If there was TA in 1999 and I were here I'd probably post about Eiffel 65, Gigi D'Agostino, 666, Scooter and what not... :o But let's just keep that a secret, shall we? |
