Sorry to be pessimisstic but Roxy Bouncers/NYPD will have the final say so before you all come on TA at 5am bitching and screaming that it was closed down, just know that you seen it comin.
I mean if it goes till 6 great, im happy for you guys, but with the speculation going on, i'd think otherwise... |

As Brian said, the people running the show will be the NYPD, and chances are they will be at the door with the bouncers, as well as inside regulating.
We will be lucky if the night goes "as planned". |

| Actually the Roxy finalized a deal with the City today that will allow them to stay open until 6am and go 18+, so everything will be fine. |
