God damnit...
Open bar at gig for 4 hours + Drinks at Spundae x (Lightweight Bas) = Hangover and very little recollection of last night :p
I missed DEKAY!!!! I dont know how I did that, ! lol
Tigo, Jethro, and Larson were definetly on point last night though :D |

I had sooo Much Fun last night. Kris and I got to Spundae early last night to go Support Tigo in the loft. Brett King was in the main room and he was kinda boring and there was some other guy in the back room... and I have no idea what he was playing. So we went between the loft and outside.
Sarah and Julie show up at around 10ish. We all grab a Drink from upstairs and and start dancing or chatting outside. Around 12 Scumfrog gets on and throws down the funk! I think he was a little funke harder last time but he was still pretty good. He did not wear his shades as much. (Shades = Funk Factor)
At 2 Matthrew Gets on and transistions well out of Jesses set. This was the first time Matt has ever been in La and I was really impressed. He mixed a lot of housey, progy, trancy elements into his set. I danced my ass off. I only reconized on Track and that was Bad. The entire club went off when he played that.
The Dance floor was packed but not ubber packed, and I like that. More room to dance and move around. :D
It was Great danceing with all the TA's there. Bjorn I loved your sunglasss btw! hehe
SOOOO MUCH FUN!!! WEEEE :):)
I took a lot of pictures but a lot of them are really Crapy:(:( For some reason my Cam was off this week. I can not wait untill I can bring it in to get it looked at. |

okay, slightly among the land of the living:
get there around 10 pm and head upstairs to catch our very own TA djs and LRCN is on the decks, nice to finally meet you and great booty shaking set!
hang out with TA's and others, dance with cody lee some, take tons of pics and get frequent cocktails. the night is rolling along smoothly. upstairs in walks jesse, scumfrog, and kris, michelle, julia, julie, kaine, and i talk to him for a bit and get some pics. always a pleasant fellow and very friendly.
then scumfrog goes on and i caught some of his set but i missed most of it by being outside and then upstairs for tigo's set, and well played i might add tigo!!!! had a blast dancing to it with bas and his girl and many others!
ran into more TA's bjorn, simon, arfboy, dj woody, and several more. very nice to finally meet TSG and karenloves2party! super cool chicks! damnit, jeffrey, our meeting was foiled again :rolleyes:
i unfortunately started to feel not so good and actually pulled an randy, arfboy, outside by the tables: thank you sooooo much tigo for the help and jesse, you guys are awsome and really helped me out and without photodocumenting it like poor randy's moment was. much appreciated!
as i'm leaned against the wall wishing for death tigo mentions that dekay was on and like magic i found strength and stood up and went straight for the dance floor! i even managed to jump up on the podeum and dance, how i didn't fall off due to poor equalibrium is beyond me but i had a blast.
other than the sickness, :whip: i had a blast with good friends and good music! as the night finished up we said our goodbyes to friends and the djs, very nice guys btw, and headed for after hours at bob's. sorry kris, michelle, and julie for the weird purple haired dude that followed, but thank you mike lord for getting rid of him. man was i a helpless sad piece of work last night. but hey, thanks to good peeps and friends i managed to come out unscathed and still had fun.
i'll have to say of what i remember about dekay's set it was completely banging and hard driving beats that had the dance floor shaking their booties all night long! well done sir! couldn't tell you a track to save my life but they were all good tunes and i had a blast dancing to them! |

Damn I had the best time ever!! Got there early, caught some of Tigo's set, then walked around checking out the vibe\music in the other rooms.. Definately the main room was not were it was at.. not then anyways....Michelle and I kept going between upstairs, backroom, and outside.. We caught some of LRCN and Jethro's sets..:) COOLIO GUYS!!
Then some time before midnight we see Scumfrog and he invites us to the little upstairs VIP hangout..chat alittle bit..take pictures..WOO HOO! Then at Midnight..woo hoo!! THE SCUMFROG Takes over the decks..and thank god too!!!! eesh! I have been waiting to see him since the last time he was at spundae... OMG! OMG! He kicked ass..IMO!! I danced and danced and danced..!! I can't pin point the style of music..other the booty shaking, hands in the air dance trance\house funky stuff!! And his signature move... shades= funk factor :) ( love it!) .. Matthew got on..and ing blew the roof off! WOOOW!! I was excited to see this guy cuz I know Armin plays a lot of his tracks..I couldn't wait to see what this guy was about.!! HOLY ING !!! :eyespop: NON STOP DANCING!! wow!! Id have to say between Scumfrog and Matthew ..that was the best music I've heard in awhile... Just what I needed thats for sure! EVERYONE WAS DANCING!!!!!!!It was great!! I even did a little wishy washy with my asian friend... ( just for funn!!!):haha: Arfboy and Bjorn!!wooo yaaaa you guys ROCK!!! To those TA's that were not there..you were MISSED!! I thought of you guys the entire time wishing I could record the night for you...definately a night that you guys would have enjoyed!! ( Mike, Carrie, Robert..)
I had a blast!! Definately cannot wait to see these guys again... !! GREAT TIMES... Thank you Michelle... Mike ( for saving the day again..in a few ways!!) Aj( remind me to kick you), Peter.. The Scumfrog, and Matthew... What a weekend!!!!

| So faded, I was there for maybe 30mins max then had to take off to work. I left as scumfrog was doing the beat tapping to start off his set....... it was pretty packed @ midnight. that is all I can say since that is all I can say.... |

I showed up around midnight. Immediately after I walk in, I run into a bunch of friends. Hanged out with them for a while, then I see Michelle walking by. As I huge her from behind, she spills her drink on me! :rolleyes: Good one sweetie! :D I guess it's payback from the time Karla spilled her drink on you. :-D So I kept roaming around the club as I wasn't feeling anyone's set! Then I see Tigo jump in the mix. Immediately he begins droping some sick tunes, very similar to my "other side." Hehehe :D After tigos set, I kept roaming around the club through out the night. The night seemed to drag, until I found Sarah and Julia (the other Julia). It was great to finally meet you! :-D. I hanged out with them til almost the end of the night.
Can't wait for Saturday! ARMAND VAN HELDEN!!!!! HELL YEAH!
