Agreed, don't give up, and good luck, hopefully she will come to realize the damaging she is doing to herself and to the people around her.
As with most things, its important to recognize limitations, especially when your dealing with this scene. |

Drugs are reallly really bad :(...even though most of us still take them . but if we know our limits it won't be much of a problem.
But some people never figure out the harms of drugs,or they always ignore them,,it's so strange how some people are always on denial!
But noone really can change anything till she realizes it herself.
it's like an energy that comes from inside you when you wanna quit. it tells you that enough is enough, and you quit, but it's so hard to approach the energy.
even though i m not a religious person at all but recently i discovered that if you believe in GoD ,all your problems get solved somehow . If you told me this a month ago i'd laugh at you,but it's kind of true ,somehow, when you believe in god you'r life changes. |

| this is a hard situation, especially when it comes to family. My cousin in the summer was actually in rehad for coke and he was a drunk. Hes come a long way, but it takes time. But the one thing ive seen is that, the person who is in trouble has to be the one who realizes they need help, and need to be willing to get help. My parents put me in drug rehad when i was younger when they found out i smoked weed..silly parents..but again i was 13..but still. I didnt get anything out of it...cuz it was weed, and i had my life under control, was just more a scare for my parents and they thought they were doing the right idea. I have a couple names and numbers if you would like them. All located in toronto. If you would like them send me a PM and i would love to help you out. good luck! |

I am sorry to hear your cousin's life has gone down such a terrible road. First things first...get her into rehab ASAP. Like someone already said here, unfortunately she may have to hit rock bottom before she sees how drugs has taken control of her life. I knew someone addicted to prescription pain killers and many other drugs who attempted suicide with no success before he finally got help. You can only help those willing to be helped...that is the frustrating part, to sit and watch someone choose the worst possible life when they know better.
Best of luck and I hope things go well for her. |

| Everyone suggesting rehab? how exactly should she go about doing it? Tie her cousin down, throw her in the trunk and drive her there, or ask her nicely? Cause neither will be too effective. |

code:
1 entry found for sypher.
sy·pher Audio pronunciation of "sypher" ( P ) Pronunciation Key (sfr)
tr.v. sy·phered, sy·pher·ing, sy·phers
To overlap and even (chamfered or beveled plank edges) so that they form a flush surface.
You mean 'syphon'? |

Famous last words.
The problem is that everyone, and I do mean everyone, thinks that they know their limits. Only a tiny fraction of those people actually do. |

the problem is nobody in this thread including myself has any right to be offering advice.
thread should be closed and the chick that started this thread should seriously look for advice from her family and friends. |
