a little correction, The 360 can interface with the Ipods, But you can only play the mp3s you ripped and copied into it, It won't let you play the tunes you bought off at the Itunes Music Store. |
That's because iTunes songs are .m4p
mycockissoft I doubt had the smarts to make a codec for that.
You can also use your PSP with the 360 |

How many times must it be mentioned in this thread that Sony has spoken out against this RUMOR and it's NOT TRUE.
While the creator of PlayStation has patented this technology, it will not be put to use on the PlayStation 3. |
That is where I think you're wrong. It started off as rumour, but one of the magazines I read taht got published yesterday stated that even the CEO admitted it was going to be on there.... |

| what about rented games from blockbuster? |
|
|
| DjConfessions |
yes, this includes renting games. It would be a huge blow to their business if they cannot stock up PS3 games to rent. it goes for:
renting games
borrowing games
buy pre-owned games
breaking ur ps3 and having to order a new unit |

Wow dude, are you dyslexic? There are more people than I that have stated that this rumor is not true, in just this thread alone. TigerClaw even posted a thread about this in the Gaming Forum with the follow-up Sony press release stating that it WILL NOT be implemented in the PS3. This link has even been provided within this thread to finally put this to rest. |

No, I'm not dyslexic. So you're saying it's not true because there's a press release??
*waits for the obvious retort* |

its hard to tell right now whos going to dominate the console market.
xbox360 is out in the open now. This gives Sony a chance to "borrow" ideas and improve them on their ps3.
also, with the console release dates so far apart, consumer really do have the chance to save money for another next-gen system.
and the rumors of the PS3 being $700? |
|
|
| TeKnoHe@d2025 |
I read something last week that stated the PS3 will be between $300-400 USD. Both Microsoft and Sony are losing money on each unit they sell (I think Xbox lost close to $100 for every unit they sold)...but they make up for that in other hardware and software sales in the long run.
I honestly can't see Microsoft being able to stay alive in the console market too much longer. I'm a huge gamer and there are no 360 releases that interest me as of now, besides Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. That was supposed to be a launch title, but got pushed back until Spring of '06 now...plus I'll just get it for PC anyway. |
