^have you seen the massive finger licking graphics the x-box 3.60 has to offer. Call of duty 2? damn even a strong computer can't beat that.
I don't see why x-box can't offer any good games? allmost every game is being released on all the consoles.
but then again I'm not certain what possibilities and new functions the ps3 will bring with his release |

I played call of duty 2 on my computer and it runs the same (my computer isn't brand new either) |

played COD2 on both but I mUst say x-box 3.60 requires a special tv (not special special..but there is something about it)
But I can''t remember the brand or what kind of screen it was. anyways what I was saying: if you play with that kind of tv.. the graphics will be
I played on those when I was being a geek at a game convention :o :p |

I don't play games for pretty visuals. Granted they are an added bonus, but gameplay comes first for me.
Once their FPS games start going stale, then the system will die. That's all Xbox rides on and Microsoft knows it...that's why 5 of the 18 launch titles were FPS. |

Katamari Damacy is a good example of gameplay over graphics.
on a side-note: Katarmi Damacy was rejected twice by Namco before finding a publisher. The creator (forget the name) is admirably praised for his push of gaming over graphics. unfortunately, he has bowed out of the video game industry to make playgrounds for children. |

Exactly, I have both and throughly enjoyed each of them. I'll probably get the one coming out on PSP soon too. Xbox just simply does not have unique titles such as this. |

It's also know for it's very trippy soundtrack. |

Oh, man, they should totally ask Markus Schulz to do the next Katamari soundtrack. That would be ing McTrippyness! |

that game was so silly. it made me look like a retard in front of my friends.
i had my tongue sticking out and my cheeks all jiggly and i was moving my actual body with the katamari ball.
the creator had a very good insight with games and i feel bad he's gone. one of his main reasons for leaving is that he knew that the success of KD would require the publisher and developers to tell him to hurry the up with a sequel, just to make money while it was still hot. he had a guilty concious and left. |

| He never really liked gaming to begin with, as he stated in numerous articles. |

the 360 doesn't require a "special" tv  it can play on any basic TV that every regular Joe owns |

That, or games like ICO, Shadow of the Colossus, and so on. Xbox has been the king of stale, "me-too" games. The 360 just continues that tradition for the mindless drones (no offence to anyone)
Gameplay > Graphics any day of the week |
