If he is being listed as a secondary driver on an insurance policy on a car he is the primary driver of that is illegal. If he does have an accident and puts in a claim....if the adjuster does his job right.....his claim will be denied. I believe he could also face upto a $5,000.00 for fraud. |

im second driver on my car. and im the only one who drives it. just because ur insurance broker has a stick up their ass doesnt mean everyone elses does chemenhanced.
if it wasup to me id be driving without insurance. its not like i can ever afford to put in a cliam anyways |

You are right people do it all the time....and that is why we pay such high premiums...the insurance companies cannot properly rate people. Everyone complains about high insurance but its people that lie to the companies about small things like this that cause us all to have higher rates....when your brother does get caught and a claim is denied...he will complain about the insurance company but it will be his own fault...then he will try to get insurance somewhere else and no one will write him....he will have to go into facility insurance because that will be the only place he can get insurance and he will be paying over $10,000.00 a year just to have insurance. If you can't afford to properly insure a vehicle then you shouldn't get it. |
