........they have done us proud, and made history.

Tonight they will take part in the battle of the worst matchup in the history of the NBA.

Again, congrats boys!

I LOVE IT...i hope the raptors go 1-72 on the season.
vendetta999
dont you mean 1-81??

^^ lol

what happened to the other 9 games eh rene

guess after going 1-72 they would just decide not to show up for the remaining of the season
Cataclysmic
Babhas had his hands tied with all of the money that Grunwald wasted on huge contracts like D Marshall, vince, raefer, Jalen. The raps are terrible, but they are young. Babgets hammered for the job he has done, but really he was hand cuffed by Grunwald. Babgot Joey Graham and a very under rated Charlie V. in this years draft.

Let's see where the raps are after next year before writting off Babcock.

Babis going to look like a genius in 1-2 years when we have a ing fortune to spend on the free agent market. His only unforgivable blunder really was the Carter fiasco...he took on long term salaries of role players, which was stupid.

Imagine Bosh and Villenueva (out of position and dominating at small forward) up front, and getting a serviceable centre via free agency/trade...Calderon on the point with a Jalen Rose-type free shooting guard.

booyah...we *could* have a great team once we are rid of these silly contracts. I hope Mitchell is around to reap the benefits after having to deal with this all-potential, no results group.

Babis taking heat right now but the Raptors are rebuilding. We've expected no less after Carter's departure.

Charlie V is quite surprising me. He's very athletic, willing to take blows getting into the paint, hustles, fights for rebounds, has decent 3. He needs to work on consistency, play a bit better D and get his free throw percentage up.

Joey Graham is also showing signs of brilliance at times. Pape Sow is apparently making waves in NBDL.

Calderon passes the ball well. Just needs to slow down a bit because he rushes towards the basket, get stonewalled and has to get rid of the ball but turns it over. IMO that's his worst trait. He also needs to shoot the ball a bit better.

Add good year Mike James is having, plus getting a centre and a shooting guard next off season and the Raps have a conpetitve team.

Raps have 2 picks for next draft as well.

So, have a little faith. This is a rebuilding year after all.

I think they should sell every single person on the team. Everyone, from the waterboys to the coach . And start from scratch, or maybe buy a local high school team. At least they would have better success.

Bastards. They sucked with Carter, they suck even more without him.

Rose will not be around by the time the raps prospects develop.

i still think both mitchell and babshould be gone, especially babcock. he's an idiot for taking rafa over igoduala during the draft a few years ago. everyone knew that igoduala is going to be a much better basketball player. rafa wasn't even suppose to go that high in the draft. and now what. rafa stinks and look at what igoduala is doing in philly.
TO guy
Yeah, next years draft could really help out the raps ... and finishing near the end will give them lots of balls in the lottery, maybe able to secure JJ Reddick, or Sheldon Williams, somebody like that.
