yeh, i can imagine, one day searching through a rack of cheap records at a record shop, finding it and buying it for like £1!

thats how i got my copy :D Joof used to give his unwanted promo's to my local record store and the owner used sell me them for a nice price (well i did used to buy about 20 at a time!!) i got an Ayu - M E.P. and BlackEight - The Silence from the same shop, sadly its now closed :( |

I found a copy of the Hunteman "Phreaks".
I have never seen it other than the time I picked it up. Its an old track back from I think 96' and to date its still my favorite track of all time!

The shop was full of 100's of promo's with nothing written on, i just didn't get time to listen to them all :( |

man, thats sounds great.....shame its closed though, id probably be down there every day hunting down some rare white label gems! |

yes, i guess u can say that again. limited to 100 copies is quite rare
by the way, i heard from some dude i know on msn, that a while ago, tiesto - battleship grey (miro mix) on nebula was sold for some 50 euro's ... although u can discuss about the quality of the release, i think 50 euro's is pretty low for such a record ... |

Actually, there are fewer than 100 copies of Mirage, since there's a post about a guy on TA whose copy arrived broken..!
As for Battleship Grey, it went for ~34 GBP, which would be roughly 50 Euros. It did go for a very low amount, I was hoping to win it myself, but Keith jumped in at the last second and snagged it! :p :cool:
Miro's mix of Battleship Grey is one of my favorite ambient/downtempo-ish dance tunes. |
