No idea about Ibiza, but you being Dutch won't have a problem getting at job in Holland, Andrea.

Can you speak any?

wait, spitty what are you planing on working??

if its corporate then i have no idea, but if its leasure like waitress, bartender, promoter...etc then you dont need a visa.

I'd be bartending/waitressing. As is my plan now is to fly to England after my last exam (beginning of may), spending a week there with friends, then going straight there to Ibiza. Hopefully I'll find a job right away, and work there till first week of August. Then i'd like to do some travelling around..Holland, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Greece, Czech..(this i need more research on)
and then finish in Ibiza in September..fly back and start school.

I'm not really looking for a job in Holland. If everything works out alright in Ibiza, there will be no need to

a few of the pplz travel over to newyork often or to motor city. our own swamper and the gang was over in san fran for love parade earlier this year.

where have you been ? :conf:

Cool!, glad to see I'm not the only one who enjoys abit of exploring around here.

Usually I go travelling with Brits, South Africans or Irish. Rarely meet Canadians at any festivals. But maybe, I'll be travelling with some of you in the near future.

I spent about a year and a half on a working holiday. I based myself in London and whenever I had the money saved went travelling.

So far this is where I've been on my travelles during my working holiday and other times (festivals included):

Japan: Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Gifu, Hiroshima

U.S.A: Conneticut, New York State, Chicago

Canada: Montreal, Quebec City, Vancouver, Victoria

England: Global Gathering 2005, London, Bath, Ipswich, Dorset, Bournemouth, Brighton, Peak District

Italy: Rome

Belgium: Brusselles, Brugge, Antwerp

Holland: Dance Valley 2004, Dance Valley 2005, Impulz 2004, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven, Noordijk, Den Hague

Spain: Canary Islands, Barcelona

Switzerland: Geneva

South Africa: Origin Festival 2005, Cape Town, Johannesburg,
Storms River, Plettenberg Bay, Outshoorn, The Lost City.

Still soooo much more I want to see.

They say there's no place like home. I recommend you find out for yourself.

Jakarta indonesia!!!
I've been quite a few places in the world, but this was the most insane party town that ive been to. Didn't see any headliners, but they love their EDM

are you kidding me?!? only fools don't want to bum around the globe and experience new things!!
travelling is all i ever think about, but the lack of money is a bitch...
an even bigger bitch when you never have anyone who wants to come along (money or dislike for the music genre), which is usually the case with me... :whip:

however, i am working on this as we speak, and hopefully it will all be resolved in the near future! :p

Hmmm....well I did notice the anti-foreigner trend, as someone mentioned, the last time I visited Holland in August.

Although, if you have a parent or even grandparent born in an EU Country you can get an EU passport. It will allow you to live and work in most EU countries.

Or if not, Canada does have a working holiday maker scheme with
The Netherlands. You can find out about it by contacting the Dutch Consulate.

Working holiday visa will allow you to work and reside in
The Netherlands for about a year.

I wouldn't mind spending a summer, in Holland, myself seems like there's a good festival every weekend.

So who is going to DV next year???
