I'd have to say it was a good night!! At least a 7 out of 10...Woody started off the back room with some electo beats..just what I Wanted\Needed to hear!! HOOORRAYY!!! Austin's ( fat ass..jk) set was good too..the room was jumping!! I missed Inerstate because I was in the main room watching Cody ( definately one of my local favorites!!!) Robbie was tearing it up!! Definately had me shaking my ass..!!I spent 70% of my time in the main room... running back and forth...
I caught about an hour of Mike's set.. the room was packed and dancing!! YOU ROCK MIKE! woo hoo!!
Thank you Michelle, Shebby, Bjorn,Philippe ( for the M&M's) Robert,Krister,Mike Lord, Mike on gower..great to see you!! Defiantely you are missed!! And..those of you that were not there...I missed you!!
I thought there was a pretty good turn out... I was dancing almost all night..so to me ..thats a good night!! WOO HOO!!
For sure the back room was going off!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!

weeeeeeeeeeeee last night was tons of fun.
I pretty much stayed in back for 75% of the time. Everyone threw down a great set and pulled in a great crowd. Lots of familiar faces crowding around the DJ booth and that is what I love to see the most.
I did pop in from time to time to see Robbie and he was throwing down pretty good as well. I was hoping to catch his new mix of Tracking Treasure Down, and sure enough I was standing there at the right time when he dropped it. :gsmile: :gsmile: :gsmile: :gsmile: :gsmile: :gsmile:
Towards the end of the night, it seemed that the main floor was thinning out, yet when I went back to the back room, thats were i found everyone. Mike was banging hard back there, I couldnt believe he took it to the level that he did. :eyes: :eyes: :eyes: :eyes: :eyes: :eyes:
Very very proud of Michelle for bringing together another great Spundae party :D |

Damn.. I call last night a huge success.. One of the best nights I have ever had.
Woody kicked it off with some Serato Scratch Live Teachings (thanks Woody), right into his housey beats. Playing that stuff I have come to know woody for. Although to Scott's dismay Woody dropped in some Gabriel & Dresden, the song Scott was planning to drop at midnight! Woody started it off right, with his great energy to get the crowd moving and then closed his set out with another G & D mix.. Scott comes on and having never seen this guy, I am curious to see what he is about. Scott also brought up all the best woman from San Diego, there was a flury of them and wow... I think I need to move to San Diego. ;) Anyhow. I was blown away by what Scott was playing, that deeper driving bass lines like G&D has, but amazing tracks. I couldn't stop dancing, he was totally amazing. By this time, the majority of the crowd was in the back room. I did make it a point to check the other areas oput about every 15 mins. As soon as Cody Lee came on in the main room, he started holding his own dancing maniacs. Cody dropped some great stuff as well. Again very Impressed. By this time I am deep in my Ex-periance and only moving further in.. woo hoo.. Mark Lewis/Interstate, drop some great tunes and hold there own. The crowd did start to move in to the Main room during there set, even some of our Die-Hard TA's were found partying it up in the main room.. Robbie Rivera did throw down some great stuff. I ended up outside for a bit with some of the SD hotties like Crystal and couldn't wait to 2:30 when Mike Lord was going on the decks. I have so been looking forward to seeing Mike close out a night, because I know he is damn good. As soon as 2:30 hit, I told the SD ladies, to enjoy their food and come meet me in the back rrom when they were done. I ran into the back room to find Mr. Lord killing it. Mike's patented energy flow and crowd moving tricks were in full effect. He was happy the crowd was dancing and I ended up on the dancing podiums. This is where I was for the rest of the night. Totally amazing set, some of the best tracks to dance to all night. Lot's of jumping in the air and it was so much fun. Even Gil La was dancing. ;)
The TA's took over the backroom, we were all gathered around the Dj Booth and it was great to have someone you knew anywhere you looked. Love You all! Miss Kristina Sky even showed up outside, as I remember saying hi and giving her a hug!
Mike you killed it in the back room, totally amazing! Thanks, I think I saw Dj Faded for about 2.1 seconds and then he was gone.. He said to say hi.
I went upstairs to the loft where DJ Woody was closing it out, immidiately after Mike's set ended, the loft filled up with dancing maniacs.. Woody was told to kill it by the always glad to be alive me sound killer guy. Then I went into the main room where Robbie Rivera closed it out perfectly. I am kinda wishing I would of saw more of his set, becuase everything I did hear, I really liked. I had priorities though..
To SweetCandy Michelle, you are amazing and congrats to a damn successful backroom holiday blowout. Your special touch of x-mas decorations and outfit (you too Kris) made the night special and you can always be counted on the dance your ass off. I especially had fun the last moments we were dancing on the podiums for Mike.. That was so much fun.. Michelle we love you, let's do this again!
All you TA's who weren't there, simply put, you missed out on a great night!
I still haven't really slept yet, so I am going to catch a couple before I got to work tonight.. |

WOW!! What an amazing fun Night. It could not have happend with all the Support and the Tallent.
Dj Woody(Jesse) I know you do not like the opening slot but by 11 the back room was packed with people! I loved how you warmed up your set and the crowd. Then you droped Bearock Heaven Sent. I haven't heard that Track in years. :eyes: Peter and Richard have seen what you can do and I see you in the main room one day as well. I hope it is sooner then later!
Austin Scott- You did it again! Your set was Amazing! You just need to smile more ;) hehe You kept the crowd danceing. So much Fun!!!Thank you so much for playing! :) I really do hope to see you in the main room soon! :D (TL please!)
Mark Lewis and Mike Burns- :crazy: :eyespop: :eyes: WOW! I have seen interstate before but live. Seeing these 2 guys work so well together. They where feeing off each other and feeding off the crowd. They looked like they where having a time of their lives up there and it reflected in the music. They also played "Rember Me" and "I Found you" WHOOO HOOO!!!
During their set I did run to the main room to catch Robbie since I have never seen him before. Wow Pretty impressive. I also saw a lot of TA's dancing their asses off. For some reason I think a lot of the TA's are becoming HA's it is allll good. Robbie also looked like he was having a great time flashing a huge smile to his crowd.
I walked outside as well to mingle and talk to people and back to Mark and Mike :D
After their set Mike Lord gets on the decks: At first I was a little worried that people would leave to go the the main room.
Boy was I wrong!:crazy:Mike threw down an amazing Trace Set and kept that room packed with dancing people. I was so amazed and impressed. I even saw Mike Koglin daning to his beats hehe ;) During Mike's set I decided to get on the go-go boxes to dance that was a lot of fun.. but this weekend I decided that I dance better on the floor then on a table. I feel so restricked and I freez and forget how to dance. hehe oh well.
It was also during Mikes set that I had to get protection from a booty gard:nervous: One guy would not leave me alone and wanted to make love to me or some crazy like that.. EEEK! I also took time to hand out CD's and tickets for heaven. They all went fast!
After Mikes set the lights came on and it was time to finally sit and refelct on the whole evening. This was such an important night for me and to see it happen made me so happy. I am going to be deffently be doing this again! ;)

| heeeey guys!!! my internet connection at home is ed.....soemthing with my cable provider, they are like updating the system or something i dont know....so im at work checking all my email and stuff! but last night i had a bllaaaast....i notice when i goto spundae i do less music listening and more socializing! met the wonderfull Crystal and Austin Scott....good vibes! got to say our booty girls Michelle and Kris were looking great last night....but my question is where was the booty gaurd?!?!?!? lol....i would like to thank woody for letting me go back2back with him upstairs....was loooads of fun! thank you brutha :) didnt really catch Robbie....was outside chatting it up...but heard a few tracks that got my ass shakin! great night!!! see all u guys soon enough :) |

| hoooly i had fun last night, that frikin house music killed me!!!! who played in the loft just before woody?? cause i think it was the last track just before woody started that was really awesome, with repetitive female vocals. anyone know what it was? |

WOW is all I can say!
I just got back from LA and god damn does it feel good to be out of the car :)!!!
Last night was such a great night!!!! I can't say enough good things about it. The people, the music, the energy...it was all top notch.
I really want to thank Michelle, Gil, Bob, and Mike Lord for having the faith to bring me up from SD to play at their event. That was some of the most fun I have had behind the turntables in a long time. I'll agree with Michelle that I need to smile more, but it generally takes me about 30 mins and a few mixes to really get in the groove! Next time Michelle i'll have plenty more smiles for you :).
It was great to finally meet the rest of the TA's that I haven't had the chance to meet. Bob, Gil, Tigo (Noree), Robert Stern, Phillipe, hotdogwater and trinity it was great to meet you. It was def. great to see the familiar faces as well> You guys definitely made my night all the worth while with your energy and smiles!!!
I handed out a load of cd's so hopefully some of you guys got them. If not, i'll have to bring up more next time!
I thought Woody played a great set and the electro grooves were rockin those speakers. Def a good transition into the trance for me to mix out of. I wish you wouldn't have played WOW - mindcircus Woody cuz I wanted to drop that hehe !!!!! Good taste!
By the time Mike was on I was entirely too hammered so I ended up leaving at around 3...from what I heard it was going off!! Good job Mike!
Mark Lewis and Mike Burns were really nice guys. The really seemed to enjoy my set and even asked for some cd's :). I really liked their set, especially their last track (can't remember the name)..but it's a new release signed to armada coming out in Jan!
As far as my set went I had a fantastic time up there. I really felt on top of the world last night and I was so excited to play some of the new music I have been coming across. I can't wait to hear the recording so I can share it with everyone!!!!
